This is my first story btw so hope you like it. *y/n = your name* *Belinda: Old School's Best Friends name* *Olivia: internet best friends name* here's some info about y/n: you are 18 years old and in your senior year and you are in love with a tiktok boy, Duke Depp.
It's another boring day in Michigan as you are on the bus at the end of the school day, you suddenly get a text from your mom saying "we need to talk when we get home" that text gives you anxiety thinking about. You open the front door to your house and your greeted by your mom. Mom: "sooo me and your dad are moving to Utah in about a week and we have booked a plane so I'm gonna need you to pack up your stuff." y/n: "oh.. ok but why? I wanna be able to see my friend over here and I'm just so used to living in Michigan and what if no one likes me over there?" You say in a sad/frustrated tone.
Mom: "I'm sure you'll find people to appreciate you for you and your father needs a better paying job and we've seen one in Utah that would be perfect for him." y/n: "oh ok then I'll start packing tommorow morning." You go straight to your room then you go on tiktok cause you use tiktok dms to text your internet and school friend about how your about to move to Utah but you get distracted by a Willy Wonka tiktok on your for you page. It's one of his thirst traps, you keep replaying it cause you know you love it ;) then it hits you. You can't ever see your idol and he won't ever be aware of your existence. Then you remember why you went on tiktok in the first place
Your POV: omg I was supposed to text my friends and tell them I'm moving I get so carried away 💀. | you text them and say "I'm moving out of Michigan to Utah in about a week cause my father needs a better paying job and there's some in Utah that'll be better for him 🙃" Olivia the first to reply said "I live in Utah! Maybe we can meet up for the first time but what city is it?" y/n: "it's in Salt Lake City" Olivia: "I live there too!" y/n: "yayyy! We can definitely meet up when I get there in a week." Your so exited to see Olivia soon then Belinda responds with "aww that's sad :( but nothing can ever keep us apart just so you know 😌 but doesn't duke depp live there?" y/n: "but I just know I won't ever see him and he probably doesn't even live in Salt Lake City like I do I just doubt it, there isn't a chance" You then spam Belinda with both duke and wonkas tiktoks then she responds with "damn your obsessed with him lol" y/n: "ik I am what about it- 😏" *end of chapter* sorry it was so short I'll write more next chapter
