Chapter 3: Unpacking

We went inside my house and we go to the living room and bring my suitcase to my room so we can unpack my stuff. Duke: "I love this house it's big and looks amazing, the last person who lived here sold this house 3 months ago and must have cleaned it really well cause it looks brand new"  y/n: "yah I know I'm starting to enjoy the fact my parents decided to move here"

You both unpacked the suitcases quicker than you both thought. Duke: "Can I have your number so we can talk sometime?" Duke smiled. Y/n: "Yeah! Your more than welcome to have my number, get out your phone so you can find it" *duke looks through his jean pockets* "Oh I left it at my house write it down on a peice of paper if you have some" y/n: "Yes I do" *you pull a peice of paper and a pen out of your sweater pocket and write your number down and give the note to him* y/n: "Thank you so much Duke for the help!" Duke: "your welcome y/n" You catch duke looking at you in the eyes and got embarrassed when you caught him.

Duke's POV:
I just met her and I found out she had a whole fan account for me which is suprising since I only meet fans in stores but this one lives next door from me. She's just so.. beautiful 😳 and I can't believe she agreed to give me her number! Woah woah duke that's a step to much I literally just went to help her unpack I can't be thinking like this.
I completely lost focus and realized I was staring at y/n and my cheeks went red out of embarrassment. But I just kept staring and she stared back. Her eyes were a pretty green color and my eyes got lost into them. She had dark brown hair and her outfit on the other hand 🤭blue ripped jeans and a yellow cropped sweater with flower designs on it. I blushed even more and she started to smile. I walk out the door and my smile started to fade cause I wish I could spend more time with her idk what it is but I get the best vibes from her.

Back to y/n's POV: Woah.. I really just seen the one and only Duke Depp! This is a huge coincidence, yesterday Belinda *the friend at your old school* tried giving me hope of meeting him but I doubted her. I really hope me and duke can get closer with each other and I would often say I love duke like as a social media influencer but now I think I love him more than that. He wouldn't like and date a fan would he? Probably not. *Duke texts you out of no where* " Hey y/n it's me duke how are you? :) " Y/n: "Hi duke! I'm doing really good 😁 what about you?" Duke: "I'm doing amazing but you seem so happy which is a good thing but why is that?" Y/n: "Because I got to see you for the first time and I doubted ever seeing you and here we are, neighbors" Duke: "ooh yeah I forgot you are a fan 😂 "

You smiled so much texting him, he just brought you pure joy. Olivia *the internet friend if you forgot* texts you saying " Hey y/n are you at the airport or at your new house yet?" You completely forgot about texting her since you were too busy with duke 🤦‍♀️ you say " yep I got here like almost an hour ago sorry I was busy unpacking " you didn't wanna tell her about Duke yet so it can be a suprise soon. Your mom texted you and it said "Sorry we went to a store for a little bit me and your dad are on our way" You forgot about the walk they were going on 💀

it was 9:30 pm and you were starting to get kinda tired so you went on Netflix and watched stranger things for about an hour before bed and you started to fall asleep while watching an episode. Duke texts you out of no where and said: "Hey sorry if I annoy you but can we go out to somewhere for food tomorrow?" Y/n: "Your good duke! It's fine and yes we can, we can decide what place tomorrow cause I'm really tired rn 🥱 but what time?" Duke: "2 pm is that an ok time?" Y/n: "Yep, talk to you tomorrow good nighttt <3" Duke: "❤️" your heart fluttered and you kept thinking about today and went to sleep. Damn I love him. More than anything.. *End of chapter*
