Chapter 4 1/2: The Restaurant Pt. 2

A/n: I- I was at my cousins house for a few days this chapter was supposed to come out 3 days ago I'm so sorry 💀.

Me and duke sit down at our table and a few seconds later, a waiter comes and gives us a menu and ask what drinks we all want. "Can I have *your favorite drink*" "Uhh can I have a smoothie" "May I have a coke?" "of course you want coke Duke 😏" you laugh jokingly. The waiter walks away and you all talk about the most randomest things, laugh then check the menu and find what y'all wanted.

The waiter comes back to our table to take our food order "I'll get *your favorite food" " And I'll get some ravioli " I'll have some spaghetti with meatballs" *the waiter walks off*. We are sitting in silence then suddenly I feel dukes soft hand interlink with mine and we both look up at each other's eyes, and let out the brightest smile. This moment was so special to me, what if Duke likes me back? So many thoughts went through my head while I got lost into his eyes. "Earth to y/n and Duke-" Olivia says breaking the silence. Me and Duke just stare at her like 👁👄👁 "Haha sorry to ruin the moment guys" "Oh uhh anyways I just hit 4 mil on my Duke account" Duke says trying to change the subject.

"Duke you really changed the subject like that" Olivia says while trying hard not to laugh. "I'm gonna go to the bathroom guys be right back" "Oh I was gonna say the same" *Duke moves out of his seat so you can get through* "y/n! Wait up, what's up with you and duke" Olivia says smirking. "I don't know either to be honest it was so unexpected, we were sitting down and he reached for my hand and it just happened. And thoughts went through my head because Duke fricken Depp held my hand *squeals*"

"Oooh has he showed you any signs that he might like you?" "Well he stared at me and blushed the first time we met and today when he came to my house he kept complimenting me at the door but I don't think it meant anything, he was probably just trying to be nice since I'm just a fan of his" you shrugged it off looking kinda sad. "well I think these are signs that Duke likes you y/n, but do you like him more than a friend?" "I've been thinking about it recently and I'm pretty sure I do.. I don't just like him Olivia. I love him, more than he would ever love me" "Aww don't say that, you shouldn't confess how you feel yet though because it's too early"

*Duke's POV*
Y/n was sitting there and I wanted to make a move so she could maybe fall for me and I slowing moved my hand to her's and we looked into each others eyes and we smiled and our cheeks went bright red. She was so cute the way she smiled at me. It felt like heaven, it's so crazy how someone could just be so perfect. But wait- I only met y/n a few days ago tho.. well I guess you could say love at first sight 😌.

I saw y/n and Olivia talking by the bathrooms (a/n: like near the bathroom doors that separate men and women)  and I walked over hiding behind a wall by the bathrooms and surprisingly they didn't see me and all I heard was Olivia saying "Aww don't say that, you shouldn't confess how you feel yet though because it's too early" and they both went to the bathroom. Was that about me? Was the conversation about me? Confess what exactly? Hmmm I'll just sit at the table and wait for our food.

We came back to our table and the food was already there so we all ate got to know each other more. We all go to the parking lot and me and Duke say our goodbyes to Olivia "Byeee we should hang out again soon" "Bye Olivia" Duke waved "Hey Duke can I have your number pleaseee" "Yah my number is *** *** ***" "Thanks Duke" "No problem!". *y/n hugs duke* what? what about me..

*End of chapter* A/n: Trust me the story gets better 😹 So I'm letting you all chose what happens next chapter, should there be drama between Olivia, Duke and y/n or nah. I can't decide haha
