A/n: Guys I'm still alive, I just had school to focus on 😅 I just changed my profile pic and username btw and Duke noticed me on his live! I commented "IT'S THREE IN THE MORNING FOR ME 💀" and duke said "What are you doing awake go to sleep-" I'm making this chapter a bit long today and next chapter comes out probably tonight or sometime tomorrow.
It's the next day you woke up at 8:00 am on Monday. You go on your phone first thing in the morning and go on tiktok. You are on your following page, a tiktok of Olivia made last night shows up. The video has this audio: "I've met someone that makes me feel seasick, oh what a skill to have oh what a skill to have so many skills" ( if you don't know that song look it up on tiktok ) and the caption says "I think I'm falling for someone.." What? Who could this be about.. wait yesterday she ignored me for duke, she hugged him, asked for his number and said bye to duke but not me. Like just the way she acted made it seem like she liked him in that way.
Or am I just overthinking stuff? Oh maybe I am. Maybe I should text Olivia and ask her about the tiktok. Here's how the convo went: "So on your latest tiktok, who was it about? Just wondering." "Oh um that video, I can't tell you that..""Why? You can tell me anything" "I think you'll get mad at me and I don't want that.""Wait. "When you said goodbye to Duke but not your own best friend it really hurt because we are so close but you only cared about him in that moment. Idk what to say about this or how to feel.. Hehe, time to go scare/suprise Duke. I get my shoes on, step outside and start walking to his house which is next door to mine. I can already see all the lights on so I'm pretty sure he's there. As I get closer I realize he's dancing with loud music in his Willy Wonka costume- I decide to walk to his backyard that I've never been to before and neither have I ever been in his house. I quietly sneak over and crouch by a bush that's right below a window and I text him saying "Go look outside and open your back window" and I tiptoed near the window at the side of his house to where I could see him doing the live and I can catch his reaction, he stopped dancing and moved closer to his phone with a confused look on his face, he then says to the live stream "My neighbor just texted me and told me to go open my window for some reason but don't worry the stream will be on still my dear children." I ran back to the backyard window and hide by the bush waiting for him to open his window. Ahhh he's trying to open the window uhh let's jump scare him shall we.
Duke opens up the window and I quickly jump and yell "BOO" Duke jumps dropping his phone and screaming like this video ON LIVE TOO. "Y/n!! You scared me" Duke and you burst out laughing. "The live stream is quaking right now" you say still laughing. Duke picks up his phone and reads the comments and a few of the comments say "HAHA I GOT THAT SCREEN RECORDED" "Someone said they got that on a screen recording, send me the screen recording on insta" "Is that your crush who scared you??" "No she is not my crush my dear children, just my neighbor"
