MADELINE POV
I stood in front of the mirror and stared at my reflection. I wore a wedding gown and my hair was carefully styled in beautiful curls. Today was the big day. It had been almost a year since we had prepared for this day and it was finally here. I was getting married to the man of my dreams.
"You look beautiful." It was Ian.
He had raised me along with Grace. He had always acted like a father figure and cared for me.
Today he was going to walk me down the aisle as if he were my father.
"Thank you Ian."
I wrapped my arm around his and we headed out to meet the others. The music started and I proceeded to walk down the aisle. As soon as I saw Grayson I felt tears run down my cheeks. He began to cry as well.
Ian gave me a hug and then let me go. I held Grayson's hands and the ceremony began.
Before we knew it we were pronounced husband and wife.
Grayson pulled me toward him and we shared a sweet kiss. We couldn't help but smile at one another.
"You look beautiful." Grayson whispered
I gave him a quick peck on the lips.
Everyone began to cheer and clap.
It was now time for the party. We headed to a limousine and finally arrived at the wedding reception.
Grayson and I had our own special table. People walked over to us to congratulate us on our wedding.
It was finally time for our first dance.
Grayson grabbed my hand and led us to the dance floor.
I wrapped my arms around his neck and he held my waist. I was happy just being in Grayson's arms. I didn't know what the future held for me and Grayson but I knew that together we could get through anything.
