It was here again, I woke up to another typical Sunday.

My fam and did the same normal things we always do every Sunday. We went to church together, came back, and left each other to go about our various businesses.

My afternoon wasn't any better, I slept through the whole thing, funny right? Nah, I know it isn't.

But then came my evening, when the only interesting thing that ever happens in my room started. A video chat on my laptop with my two besties, Fabiola and Paisley.

"Elisa-Marie, what in the fuck are you talking about?! I'm absolutely certain that it was you Lucas was looking at in the cafeteria last Friday!" Fabiola exclaimed with a sheepish laugh.

"Fab, you're being totally insane right now. No way could a guy like Lucas Haynsworth ever look at a girl like me!... I mean, look at me!" I gestured my hands up and down my body.

"Elisa-Marie, don't talk like that, cause you can never be too sure!" Paisley assured me.

Paisley had always been the kind-hearted one amongst the three of us. But sometimes that led to the people at school trying to take advantage of her kindness. Well, not until Fabiola stepped in.

Fabiola was more of the fierce fighter, always ready to stand up for her friends no matter the situation.

While me, I was more of the invisible book worm, with the best grades in class.

And that was us, three best friends with three different personalities.

I took a glance at my wristwatch, "Oh my God! Guys, I really need to get back to filling out my college application."

"College! Yes! You're so right Elisa-Marie!" Fabiola exclaimed with a smile.

"Have you chosen out where you're going yet?" Paisley asked me.

"Yeah, I decided that I'm going to Brown."

"Oh my God! Elisa-Marie! Brown University?! I'm so proud of you!"

"Yeah! Me too! But I'm gonna miss you both though, I'm going to N.Y.U."

"OMG! Fab! That's amazing!" I shouted excitedly.

"Thanks, and what about you Paisley? Where are you going?"

"Well, mom finally agreed on Yale."

"Wow! Pais! That's insane! We're totally gonna miss you!"

"Aww, I'm gonna miss you guys too...but you know we haven't separated yet...right?"

I let out a little giggle, "Yeah, Paisley's right. So let's make the most out of our remaining time together."

"Of course, we should totally do that." Fabiola agreed.

I looked at my wristwatch again. God! Was it getting late, "Look girls, I really gotta go, but we'll see tomorrow at school."

"Of course Elisa-Marie."

"Yeah, we'll see tomorrow...bye!"

"Bye," I finally said and ended the video chat with the smile on my face still intact.

I opened up the school application on my laptop and stared at it for a while, "I'm actually going to brown, this is totally the right decision."

I readied my fingers on my keyboard, it felt so good to get started on this. Until...

"Elisa-Marie! Get your rude ass down here! Your cousin is in need of a warm welcome from everyone!" I hear my mom shout from downstairs.

"Oh no, please don't be Sarah, please don't be Sarah," I said to myself as I hurriedly got off my bed and followed the commands of my mom's loud voice.
