Hey everyone, working out is something that keeps you healthy and is important.
I wanted to workout and I tried out so many routines but nothing ever seemed to be right for me, either it was too much or too less, so I made my own routine that seems to work for me.
When I first started working out, I would have to take breaks between exercises and I was sore the next day. Now I can do routines without really having to stop in between (my stamina grew) and I don't get as tired and sore as often.
This was the first routine I used:
At first it was too much for me to increase the number of each exercise each day and I would often stop in between. I did this routine for about 1 and a half week, and it seemed good but didn't seem like a right fit for me.
So I created my own routine:
✨ 30 squats
✨30 second plank
✨10/15 push ups
✨15 russian twists
✨30 sit-ups
✨15 glute bridges
✨30 jumping jacks
✨15 lunges
I did this 5 to 7 times a week. Each week I would increase each exercise by 5 to 10 more for each, depending on how much I could take. During the second week I did 40 squats, 40 second plank, 20 push-ups etc.
Try to workout at least 5 times a week depending on the intensity of your workout routine. NEVER workout when your in a lot of pain or if you just ate or drank something right before. If something starts to cramp or your really tired, stop and take a break, its okay if you can't do some exercises in the first day/week, as you keep doing them your stamina grows.
This routine helped me, and you could try it to see if its a right fit for you.
Hope this helped you guys! Ilysm!
