Help with Sleep

Hi, it's Bell here. I'm gonna give some tips on how to help with sleep. We all have some trouble sleeping sometimes. Whether it's nightmares or you just can't go to bed there's always something that can help. Meditation before bed usually helps for me. For some people snuggling with a stuffed animal helps but for some people including me it doesn't help. Counting sheep for most people never helps. When I have nightmares I like to read a bit. I hope this helps you!
