Help with Stress

Relieving stress is never that easy, I can definitely relate if you are under pressure due to schoolwork or exams. And this may not be very helpful but for me, it helps to just wind down and listen to music or do light reading. I find that when I read textbooks or studying material right before sleeping as it gets me all worked up and basically even more stressed that before. Also you should always devote some times to yourself, like just chilling if you need a break. It doesn't matter whether exams are coming or not. Yes, you probably should study, but don't tire yourself out or you'll regret it. If you stay up the night before exams, the next day you'll most likely be exhausted and might blank out, I'm saying this from experience. And I guess you might be annoyed that I'm being so... I don't even know what, but hey, sorry.

And also, I am mostly an introvert, so at school I'm mainly hanging out with my kindle reading all the way lol. And usually I wait for the other person to start talking. Which can be a problem if the person in question is introverted like me, and there's some tension, awkwardness in the air. I find it's easier to start with something that both can relate to. Or if I don't know the person, just introduce yourself once you think it's getting weird just staring. Rather than a reaaally weird "hi", which can result in the person saying hi back then looking away, this works slightly better. As you can probably see though, I'm not really the kind of person who knows exactly how to communicate with others. So I'm sorry. :)
