Tower of Heaven

The first thing i saw were Erza holding her right eyes. Her friends are scattered everywhere and shivered from fears. These bastard are hitting them!!!

"How dare you?!!!!" my body start glowing with bright light. I let out the destruction spell as fury feel in my heart.

"How dare you hurt Erza!!!!"

In a blink of the eye, all the bastard were killed in a single spell I chant. They all drop to the ground with no soul in there. How pathetic being only this weak but has the guts to bully others.

People watch in disbelief and confusion not believing a mysterious kid manages to kill all of them with a single spell. But they are thankful for the help and showering me with gratitude.

I spin to Erza searching for any other injury.

"How can this happen? I only left for awhile. How can you guys already be injured this much?" I felt my heart breaking watching Erza in pain. I can't believe I'm late. I thought i can save her right eye before it happen. My conversation with Ultear took longer than i thought.

"We are sorry we didn't wait for you but they discover we trying to escape. Erza trying to take the blame so the guards punish her and also making her right eyes blind." Granpa Robs answer.

This is my fault. My purpose coming here is to save her not making the history repeated.

"This is my fault, Erza. Please let out your anger to me. I'm late to save you"

"Hey what are you talking about. You save all of us. No need to blame yourself for this worthless eyes. I'm sure i can treat it. Thank you for saving me hero. Don't feel guilty for this. " she assure me that it is not my fault.

Turning my head from her, i realise Jellal is not here.

"Where is Jellal?" i ask.

"That's the thing. In order to save Erza he change place with her to serve the punishment. We don't know where they take him." Simon replied to my question.

What the hell? Not only they hurt Erza they manage to hurt Jellal also. How stupid of me? My existence is to help my friends. Change the future. God must be disappointed with me now.

Even without looking at my face, they can feel i feel guilty for not saving them earlier. They try to assure me it is not my fault. This is not the time to feel like this Lucy. You need to help Jellal first. With determination i stand up and search for him.

Jellal is tied to a poll with scar all over his body. I can feel the pain he felt and shakingly untie the ropes. How can this happen? In a matter of minutes i be gone all this tragedy happen to them. How irresponsible of me? But it's okay as long as they are okay i am relieved. I carry Jellal and lay him in front of them.

"I'm sorry. I am late Jellal is already hurt this bad. My actions cause all of you to suffer longer. Please forgive me."

"Please don't blame yourself child. You already grant us a great amount of help. We will forever be in debt to you. You are the hero." Granpa Robs said to me and all of the people agree with what he said.

Watching their eyes that shows the truth and sincere being truly grateful to me make me overwhelmed. Seeing Jellal lay on the ground like that give me a new plan.

The tower that been built by the hardwork of this people got destroyed in a matter of seconds by me. I feel sorry but i know this can give them a way to continue moving on with their lives.

"Seeing that there no more threat here, all of you should move on with your lives. There's no need for you to feel like you owe me a favour. This boy already promise me to return all of this by serving me all his lifetime. " i gesture to Jellal while saying this.

Surprise cover their faces especially Erza. Huhuhu feel sad already Erza. All of them continue showing me gratitude for the help and said if anything happen i can ask for their help. Hmph like we will ever meet again except for Erza.

I walk to Granpa Robs and gesture i want to talk in private.

"Granpa are you in a guild?"

"How do you know kid? but yes i am. I'm in a guild known as Fairy Tail." he replied.

"I'm not gonna ask why are you stuck here when you a strong mage yourself. But i have a favour to ask. Can you bring all this children with you and teach them magic? I can feel they can be strong mages in the future especially Erza. "

"Of course without you asking i will done this thing because i feel a sense of responsibility over them. Like you said their power in magic is promising. But can i ask why you show great concern over Erza?"

I am surprised he manage to notice it. Thus, i am reluctant to answer his question. He seem to notice my hesitation so he said

"Nevermind, can i at least know your name child?"

"My name is Lucy Hearfillia. Please keep it to yourself about this." i don't think this will mean anything whether i tell him my name or not. He is gramps friends so he must be a nice person too.

I think he know about Heartfilia household that hold the nobility in the kingdom. So it must be a surprise for him to know a noble child can hold a strong magic in them. But he promised me to keep it to himself.

Uttering my farewell to them and look at Erza one more time, i bring unconscious Jellal closer to me and teleport to Ultear place. Seeing Ultear is still unconscious i teleport all of us back to my mansion.
