Iwaizumi stood outside a cafe, hiding behind a huge tree. He wore his usual winter outfit paired with a black face mask. He scanned the surroundings, looking for a sign of Kuroo. In a minute, he spotted his friend who in return gave him a small nod. He watched as Kuroo entered the cafe and sat across Etsuko whom he called for.

He recalled Kuroo's plan.

"I'll meet up with my cousin and tell her I still wanna help her ruin your relationship. So here's the plan, you wait outside- of course, you'll hide. Etsuko won't come if she knows you're with me. When I drop my gloves, that's when you'll enter the cafe. Got it? We gotta talk it out. Please, no violence. If it'll work then great but if it won't... we need something to blackmail her."

He sighed. He was so lucky to have a genius friend but of course he won't let Kuroo know his sentiments because the guy could get cocky.

The two talked for a while. Both of them with their identical smirks and grins. They're really cousins after all, Iwaizumi thought. One is a genius and one is a...bitch.

He watched closely, waiting for the signal.

He let out a frustrated groan. "What's taking them so long?"

And just like he had been heard, Kuroo 'accidentally' dropped his gloves and lowered himself to pick it.

Iwaizumi walked and entered the cafe. He sat beside Etsuko in one swift move. Right, just like he practiced. He should show the girl that he had the upper hand.

"Uhm, excuse me.. but who are you?" Etsuko asked, eyebrows raised.

Her eyes widened in shock when Iwaizumi took off his mask and smirked. "Hello."

"I-iwaizumi-san?" she croaked. She turned to face Kuroo and hissed, "What's the meaning of this?"

"I'm just siding with my friend." Kuroo shrugged.

"Now that we're all here, I'm gonna ask you something," Iwaizumi began. "Why the fuck did you sent Oikawa a photo of Kuroo and I kissing?"

Etsuko blinked innocently. "What are you talking about?"

Honestly, she looked like an angel.

"Bitch, don't act innocent here. Oikawa told me," Iwaizumi stated matter of factly.

The black haired girl smirked. She sure could change her image in a second.

"Oh? You knew. Well, I just don't want my ex to be in a relationship with a cheater, especially that he's ALSO a guy. You know it's not allowed- well, at least to his parents. I'm just concerned. Is it that bad?" she drawled which annoyed the ace that he almost strangled her.

She faced Kuroo. "Now, my dear cousin. Why fuss about these things? You are better than this. You like him, right? Then you can have him and Oikawa can live in peace. That is a happily ever after for all of us, don't you think?"

"You just want him for yourself," Iwaizumi interrupted. "Do you really need to stoop this low? Mind to remind you that you're the ex. JUST the ex."

Etsuko glared at him. "Yeah and maybe I'm the only one who was approved by his parents."

"He doesn't even love you," Iwaizumi scoffed.

The girl just rolled her eyes and attempted to stand up but Iwaizumi pulled her back.

"We're not done yet."

"I won't waste my time with idiots."

"OKAY, you two look at me," Kuroo exasperated. "Can you at least talk without bitching each other?"

He crossed his arms and arched his brow.

"I said I don't want to talk to you!" Etsuko protested. She slammed the table causing the customers to look their way.

"Sorry, my cousin skipped her meds," Kuroo half-yelled, enough for everyone to hear.

The curious customers shrugged then went back to what they were doing.

"What the hell, Kuroo?" She glared.

"Chill," he said, waving his hands. "Now talk, Hajime."

Iwaizumi sighed, facing the black-haired girl. "I want you to tell Oikawa the truth. Because of you, he misunderstood the photo."

He tried to be calm even if he badly wanted to slit the girl's throat.

"And why would I do that?"

"Okay bitch, listen. If you really care for him, you'll do it."

Etsuko laughed, a sarcastic one. She pulled the strings of Iwaizumi's black hoodie and whispered, "You really think I'll do that? Think carefully."

Iwaizumi pushed her away in disgust. "Okay, that's it. Kuroo, we're leaving. I could kill this bitch if we won't."

He stood up, grabbed Kuroo's arms, and walked to the cafe's door.

"Leaving so fast? Loser." He heard Etsuko called out before they could even step outside.

You're the one who wanted to leave first.

He walked even faster, dragging Kuroo to wherever he's heading. One fact about Iwaizumi was that he had little patience. He worried that Oikawa might not listen to him without the help of Etsuko but he just couldn't absorb her annoying remarks. He should just rely on himself more, he thought.

"Hajime, you're such an idiot. The plan was ruined," Kuroo complained as he pulled back his friend into a stop.

Iwaizumi faced him, panting from his fast walk. "I'd rather go and apologize to Oikawa than to talk with that bitch."

"You're right. You should just talk to him," Kuroo muttered.

There was a huge pause.

Iwaizumi tilted his head, curious.

"I'm sorry..." Kuroo sighed, looking down to his feet. "This is really my fault. I'll apologize to your boyfriend once you two are okay."

"Don't say that," Iwaizumi groaned. "It's so unlike you. What happened to the genius and chic magnet image?" he joked, nudging the ravenette by the elbow.

Kuroo gasped, "Are you saying I'm smart and handsome?"

"Ugh, never mind," Iwaizumi said and started walking away to avoid his friend's overconfident remarks.

"Hey! You can't take it back!" He heard him shouted which he just rolled his eyes in return.

Lame. *screams internally* I'm not myself today and my brain is lagging (glad i still have one tho) but I thought I need to update because classes are almost starting, I need to finish this fic quickly. I'm planning on writing the next chapter in Oikawa's point of view, what do you think?
