Chapter fifty five/ Going shopping

Doctor S: So you guys are getting better everyday

Ana: Does that mean that I can play soccer and volleyball again?

Doctor S: Not yet but if you keep following the medical instructions soon you will be able to play again

Ana: Okay that's great

Joey: How about me

Doctor S: Your wounds are healing very well and your memory surely doesn't take long to return

Joey: Well thanks Doc see you next week

-The two of them are about to get in the car to go back to school, Joey's driver "Mark" is the one who takes them to the hospital-

Joey: Hey Ana do you want to go somewhere else?

Ana: Instead of school? Sure why not

Joey: Great, Mark can you take us to the nearest mall

Mark: Don't you think your father's gonna found out this

Joey: It doesn't matter, I don't think he's aware of me so don't worry about it

Ana: Aren't you going to get in trouble for this Joey?

Joey: Nop, hey you care if I get in trouble?

Ana: Well yes, why wouldn't I care

Joey: I was just making sure (he winks at Ana)

-Joey and Ana arrived to the mall and starts walking-

Ana: Great idea of yours to come here

Joey: I didn't found another excuse to spend more time with you

Ana: So you wanna spend more time with me?

Joey: Of course, I love being with you

Ana: Wow I didn't saw that coming

Joey: Why? (he stopped and turned to see her)

Ana: I don't know, I figured you would rather be with the boys than just me, or well before it was like that

Joey: Well yeah I like to be with Billy and the rest, but I prefer you

Ana: I prefer you too (they both stare and Joey smiles) hey come with me

Joey: Where are we going

Ana: Just come with me (she grabs his hand and leads him to an art store)

Joey: You like art?

Ana: So as you

Joey: Well let's see what new things are here

-The two of them toured the store and Ana bought some new paints and Joey bought a new notebook to draw-

Joey: Now come with me to the sports store

Ana: Sure, what are you buying there?

Joey: Just wanna check something

-When they got to the store Joey grabbed some goalie gloves, and Ana stares at a Yankees cap and Joey noticed that-

Ana: You ready to go checkout

Joey: Yeah just let me see something quick, if you want wait for me outside

Ana: Okay

-Joey walks out of the store with two bags-

Ana: Found what you wanted?

Joey: Yes, and I got something for you (he takes the Yankee cap out of the bag)

Ana: Oh Joey I can't accept this

Joey: Why not? I bought it for you, but if you don't like it I can change it

Ana: No, I love it

Joey: Well then try it on, I want to see how great you look with it

Ana: So, how do I look

Joey: Beautiful, the blue of the cap matches your blue beautiful eyes

Ana: (She turns to see Joey with loving eyes) thanks for that, and for the cap. And by the way, how did you know I wanted this cap?

Joey: I was watching you looking at the cap

Ana: So you were watching me huh

Joey: Ahhh yes but not in a creepy way

Ana: Haha okay don't worry, I have done the same

- Joey smiles at her and he grabs her waist and pulls her close to him, then both make eye contact and their breaths are getting closer, and he reaches out to kiss Ana. Their lips were in perfect sync. They both felt inside like fireworks. And then they slowly separate but without separating their eyes.

Joey: I love you Ana
