Will You Go To The Winter Talent Fest With Me?

Today was the day everyone decided to go to the store to shop for some clothes for the Winter Talent Fest.

Tenten's POV

I woke up and saw Sakura up watching tv. What time is it? I looked over to my phone and it said 9:00 am. What the what? Why is Sakura up so early?

Oh wait, I remember.

"How about we shop at the mall on Sunday so we could get our dresses and suits (for the boys) for the Winter Talent Fest?" Ino asked.

"Nope, it's fine. I'll be wearing some jeans to the festival." I said nonchalantly.

"Not as my back up dancer you won't." Sakura laughed.

"Why?" Temari and I asked simultaneously.

"Umm now, you don't have to be so formal but get a little dressed up. Ok, so if I let you wear jeans, would you two wear a blouse?" Sakura asked us.

"Dresses it is." We both said.

It's not like I didn't like blouses............actually I don't like blouses. It's just not my thing at all. If anything, I'd rather wear a dress that reaches my knees with a cool leather jacket on.

What? I look cool. Why wouldn't I brag about that?

"Sure, we could do that." Sasuke agreed.

"I'll go too dattebayo." Yep, you guessed it. It was Naruto Uzumaki.

Anyways everyone agreed and I couldn't ditch this because Ino and Sakura had me blackmailed.

If you don't remember then that's tuff. The two also reminded me that it was 10:00 am.

Anyways, I should take a shower and get ready.

"Tenten, I see you've finally woken." Sakura said as she was in a happy mood .

Why? I don't know and I don't care. I'm still pretty mad about Ino but I can't stay mad when she blackmails me. Screw Neji and his cute self. And screw my ability to sing. Sheesh, sometimes I hated myself.

"Yea, umm what time were you up from?" I asked her.

" 5:00 in the morning" I looked at her as if she was crazy.

But then again, it's Sakura. I got up off of my bed and slipped my slippers on. I walked into the bathroom and took a 15 minute shower. I got out and wore a brown, golden shirt that had the cool faced emoji on it saying "Im Cool Babe"

The shirt is probably weird because I maybe got it from the boy's side. I may have sneaked passed my adoptive parents and three that in. And I may have still not got caught but anyways.

I wore ripped up jeans around my knees and around my thigh. I then had a leather jacket. It was my father's. My real fathers jacket and he loved it. He gave it to me before he died.

But no need to get sad now. I looked at my watch and I saw that it was 9:35. I had more time. Oh well, no need to get there earlier like Sakura.

She kinda left me while I was in the shower and left a note saying that she left me while I was in the shower. I sighed.

I then walked down the stairs and went into the school garden where we were supposed to wait. As many times as I've been here, I could never stop but just stare in aw at this beautiful garden.

Different flowers everywhere. It was filled with roses, poppies, jasmines, lilies, marigolds, and camellias. Don't even ask why I know all of the names to these flowers. I just loved them when I was younger.

As I was busy flower gazing, I heard Sakura call out to me. I looked over at her and saw her standing there awkward with Neji and Sasuke. Why do they have to be early to everything? It's been pretty awkward these pass few days with everyone wanted to hook up all of a sudden in two days.

Pfft! Tch! Haha! So many emotions in me right now. I didn't want them to know that I heard them so I started walking away when I was tackled down to the ground.

I looked up and saw Neji.

"What the heck?" I yelled at him and pushed him off of me.

" Sorry, it's just that you didn't hear Sakura so I thought I'd help. " he told me.

What? Neji is so much more cooler than this. He never acts like this. But I'll let it go since its pretty much the first time he's act this way to me. So i did what any forgiving girl would do. I ignored him and walked towards Sakura who seemed to be having the time of her life talking to Sasuke.

"Hey Sakura!" I greeted . She waved back.

"You just saw her. Say hi to me." Sasuke said rolling his eyes.

"Adult at mind but a child at heart" I mumbled.

That's when I heard someone call my name. I looked over and saw Hinata and the others walking up to us. I looked at my watch and it said 10:10 am. They're late.

"You're late." Me and Sakura said simultaneously.

"S-sorry Tenten-chan, we had a little something to deal with." She said glancing at Naruto.

Isn't it always Naruto? Unfortunately, the only one who was single that walked with the three pairs was Kiba. Poor Kiba. Noone likes him. No offense to him.

Anyways, we all went into three cars. Me, Sakura, Kiba, Sasuke, and Neji went in Neji's car. The other three couples decided to go in a van for more "space"  I didn't mind though.

I was listening to music in the passengers seat since Neji was driving. Sakura and Sasuke was talking a lot more. What's going on with them? Anyways, only Kiba wasn't talking to anyone. He looked lonely to me.

I looked back to him and took my headphones off to talk to him.

"Hey Kiba! Whatcha doing?" I asked.

He looked up at me like he didn't feel like talking to me. I haven't done anything to him. At least, I don't think so.

"Nothing much. Why do you ask?" He said almost like he was bothered by my voice. I honestly haven't down anything to him.

I just let it go and ccontinued to listen to my music. We finally reached the mall.

"OK, girls. Let's get some dresses." Ino yelled out. The boys already went there separate ways or at least I think all of them did.

We were all walking around looking for the perfect store. Well Ino was at least. I was busy looking around the place. I don't go to the mall often so it's different.

I was in the back of our crowd before someone pulled me away from the girls. I felt both relief and confusion.

Relief that I finally got away from the girls and confused as to why someone thought they were messing with me. Ha ha ha! I laughed quietly inside.

I turned around and you wouldn't believe who I saw.

"Do you want to go to the Winter Talent Fest with me?"
