Tug Of War

Act One

FADE IN

CUT TO:

INT. WAREHOUSE - NIGHT

The inside of the warehouse is dirty and damp, and has clearly been abandoned for several years. Grass is growing slightly inside and some mould can be seen on the walls.

Outside, the sound of a load of men scuffling and scraping their feet on the stoney floor can be heard.

At that point, a load of black and mixed race men whose face is covered with grey scarfs, barring one member, KEANU, 18, who is wearing a plain black scarf.

They are all members of a gang called Grey Gang. They enter holding a white man, whose face is not covered. This is BENNY. He is bleeding a bit and is bruised.

One of the gang members/kidnappers, KRAZE, 24, pulls his scarf down to reveal his sinister expression. Notably, he is wearing gloves. The other gang members shove Benny to the floor and circle him. The other members are BULLET, 22, RHUDDY, 18, DARIUS, 19, and Keanu.

KRAZE: I told you we'd get you, Benny. You're a fucking waste-man.

Benny gulps and looks around at the others, who opt to drop their scarfs and reveal the faces.

BENNY: Come on, fam. We can sort this out.

KRAZE: I don't sort out shit with scum like you. The C3 gang is dead fam.

He reaches into his jacket and pulls out a gun. He points it at Benny's head.

KRAZE: Just like you're about to be.

Benny starts sobbing and puts his head into his hands. He then looks up at Kraze, who is not fazed. One of the members, Keanu, looks stunned and is somewhat overwhelmed.

BENNY: Kraze, please. Think of my family.

Kraze chuckles. He then points it at Benny's head and pulls the trigger, but the gun doesn't fire as the safety is on. Benny screams as he collapses to the floor.

KRAZE: Keanu, come here.

Keanu nervously bops over towards Kraze. Kraze gestures Keanu to stand where he is, which he does. He then forcefully puts the gun into Keanu's hand.

KRAZE: Kill this C3 pussy hole.

Kraze smugly backs away, taking Keanu's place in the circle. Keanu looks down at the gun in awe. He looks down at Benny, who is back on his knees, inaudibly begging for his life.

Keanu looks round at the circle of his fellow gang members, and they are watching him like a hawk.

KRAZE: Come on Keanu. Shoot him.

Keanu nervously holds up the gun and points it at Benny. His arm starts shaking nervously and he puffs his cheeky profusely. Kraze quietly pulls his phone and out starts recording the commotion.

KRAZE: Don't be a bitch, Keanu. If you're worthy, prove yourself. Kill this mother fucker.

Keanu continues to shake nervously as he braces himself. Benny continues to sob. Kraze starts to get visibly frustrated, whilst the other members start watching angrily.

BULLET: He's a fucking melt, bruv. He's bare weak.

KRAZE: Do it, Keanu!

Keanu continues to shake as the other gang members yell at Keanu to do it, but overlap each other. The noise for Keanu is completely overwhelming.
