If you're not, here's a run through to understand the format.


Key.

EXT/INT - Exterior or Interior establish where the scene is inside or outside. The location will be next to it.

Example: EXT - TOILET - DAY.

The stage directions will be written In bold italics. 

Example: Tim takes a sip of his drink.

If you see (O.S.) Next to a character's name, it means their dialogue is off screen at that moment and you can't see them.
