Vampires?

"Help me!"

Author P.o.v.

"Nobody's going to help little fox."

"Now come let us have a taste of your blood." Satisfaction laughters filled the air until someone has enough of it.

"Yah! What do you think you are doing huh!?" Hearing the yell from behind made their laughters die down, prying their eyes away from their 'soon to be meal'.

"Who do you think you are huh!?" Eyeing the person who disturb their meal, checking her out closely to notice that they probably dealing with some noble vampire.

"Who I am is none of your business." Pulling out her black fan opening it and fanning herself trying to control her anger.. It seems like... it not working.

"Leave before I kill you all." Each words she say is like venoms spitting out of a poisonous snake ready to attack.

"Kill us all?! You look so fragile like glass how can you kill us?" underestimating by her outer appearance made her wanting to feed her soul-dog their souls.

Before they could've say another word Y/n open her fan threw like a frisbee slicing their neck as the fan sucking their souls gathering it into the white jade, landing back into her hand and closing it.

Y/n then went over to check the white fox and asking if it got hurt, the fox looked up at her and only nod not saying anything else. Got the girl worried even more after examining the fox face.

"Little fox?" Breaking the eye contact they had previously, calling for it attention which she successfully did.

"Thank you for saving me from those vampires. My name is Shuryo, may I ask what's your name?" Shockingly the fox Y/n just encounter can talk like a human. Piles of questions filled her head but one of the question that she wants to ask is.

"Your not a normal fox are you?"

"Yes your highness."

"How do you know I'm a royalty?"

"I've an abilities to spot the difference when it comes to royalty."

"Well my name is Y/n from the Min's family and please skip the formalities." Getting a nod from Shuryo, she then proceed to tell the fox to go out of there before anymore vampires come.

"What about the bodies?"

"Don't worry about it." Both walk out together to the main street. Shuryo sad the last thank you before parting ways.

Y/n walk her way back to the same small route she walked earlier before it gets dark.

After exchanging greets with the maids and her mom she walked to her room setting all her stuff down and putting them away. She thought back to her shopping lists.

Thinking of when it's going to be her next trip again. Soon enough her thoughts got interrupted by a knock.

"Ne?"

"Princess, the King want you to meet him in his study room."

"Alright I'll be there shortly."

Knowing why her father want her in his study room, she decide to not let her father wait any longer she makes her way out of her room, down the hall and now she's infront of her father's study room knocking at the door.

Few seconds later she heard "Come in" she then allowed herself inside.

"Hello dad."

"Hello Y/n, how are you? Sorry if I couldn't spend time with you dear." Giving Y/n a warm smile as she smiles back knowing how busy her father has lately.

"I'm fine dad, don't worry about me. How's work?"

"I've been busy, recently a lot of things has been happening in the Park's kingdom and I'm getting more worried about the young King." Y/n know exactly who her father is talking about.

Park Seonghwa or Hwaseong..

Y/n reassure her father that he knows how to handle it.

"Dear how's your mission?"

"It's gotten easier like as if they expected it from us."

"Hmm, You need to be more careful when you go out. They could be anywhere."

"Ne dad, recently the palace maids, guards and the chefs looks really suspicious along with the governors."

"I've noticed too. I feel like they've planned it beforehand to distract us from catching on to them." The situation that's currently happening she needs to come up with a plan to get on their tails and not fall for their traps.

Deeps in her thought suddenly a question her dad said caught her off guard.

"Y/n it's about time you get married."

"W-W-What?"

"I said you need to get married."  Upon seeing her father being so calm. She got more anxious about the news she just heard.

"Why?!"

A sigh escape his mouth before telling his reasoning,"Before you kids were born, your mom and I with Seonghwa's parent made a promise that if we ever have a girl or a boy we have them be engage. And we've promise to fulfill it." Words can't comprehend how much she is against the promise her parent made with the Park's family.

"I've already talk about this matter to Seonghwa already. You'll be married and moving into his palace next month." 'Just great'  thinking to herself.

"I know how much you are against it but please do it for me and mom, we don't have much time left. We would like to see you married off to someone I know who can love you more then himself."

"I'll do it .. for you and mom." Hanging her head low not wanting to cry thinking about her father last sentence.

"Have some rest dad, I'll get going now." With that Y/n made her way back to her room.

Entering her room she immediately change her into her sleep wear. Seconds later she now under her blanket starring up at the ceiling, recapping her father words from earlier and unknowingly fall to dreamland....
