*Wedding Day*

In the early morning of the Min Kingdom birds are chirping, sunlight shine over the palace along with the wind gushing in the air making it feel cold as they just have entered fall. Foot steps hurtle could be heard anywhere, each minute pass made the girl heartbeat increase rapidly.

In her eyes the only she see is her own reflection from the mirror, deep in her mind she thought everything appears to be so unreal being married to a man whom she swore to protect with her entire life as a oath.

Quiet foot step entering her room simultaneously she gaze in the mirror to notice her mother behind her a sad smile emerge on her face as she sense a hand on her shoulder patting it softly.

Veering to her mother, tears start to swell in both of their eyes as Y/n lowered her head, no words has been spoke, just sensing each other present.

Her mother decided to break the silence.

"I'm sorry sweetheart."

Y/n lifted her head shaking it lightly while gently grasp her hands holding it tightly she replied.

"It alright Eomma, don't worry about me."

"I wish you could married someone you love rather then married off in a arranged marriage."

Y/n shaking her again.

"Don't cry mom, today's meant to be happy not shedding tears." wiping her mom visible tears stain. 

Her nodding her head, a soft giggle left her smiling happily.

"The groom is going to be here soon. I ned to go see you later sweetheart." earning a nod in return from her daughter she headed out of the room, before closing the door she flashes a warming smile before closing the door.

The room return back to nothing but stillness.

She felt as time passes by slowly.

*20 minutes later*

Abruptly a announcement could heard in the distant, the next minute the door was open revealing three maids salutation her.

Frozen in her spot she can feel cold sweats dripping down her forehead and the tension in her body. The two maids made their way to both of her sides carefully guide her out of her room and through the hallways.

She currently about to enter her carriage until a sight she capture at the front of palace gate of a Half-ling eyeing her closely.

'Shit! This is going to be abysmal.' she thought.

*During the wedding celebration party*

Loud music could be heard blending in with people talking. So far everything is going smoothly the couple greeted and welcome everyone even though they knew they just put up an act for the sake of the marriage.

San came up with the other seven boys along with Jang-mi and Yeona. The two girls went to Y/n's side hugging her while the boys chat and congrats Hwaseong.

The celebration soon ended after hours upon hours.

Making their way through the halls they both walk in silence until he stop suddenly almost making the girl trailing behind him bump into his back.

Hwaseong reversal facing her.

His cold dark eyes made in contact with hers.

"This is your room." his voice was nothing but coldness.

"My room is down that hall with the black door." pointing to the left hallway thats connected to the right making a V.

"Rules." 

"You can't leave the palace, you can be around the castle and the garden."

"If you do leave you need my permission first and one of the guards will go with you. Or bring one of the boys with you."

"Lastly, if you ever encounter or see anyone suspicious. Tell. The. Guards. Immediately." each word he said he move his face closer to hers making their noses touch.

She took a step back, straighten her posture before query out of curiosity.

"Why do I need your permission to go out?"

"Thats none of your business to know." with that he left and went to his room.

She puff out the air she was holding while talking to him.

'Then how am I suppose to handle my shop if I can't go out?!' she thought.

He has made things a lot more harder for her, upsettingly she made her way inside to her new room.

Slamming the door shut she concentrate trying to calm herself down.

'It fine Y/n as long you don't encounter him then your fine.'

Her thoughts start gathering together as she analyzing the room until her eyes landed on the window. Sprinting towards it she opened to see the level ground from her window doesn't seem to be far.

Observing the surrounding her mind made her escape plan. She was happy that he gave a room that close enough to her previous escape when she was here.

Feeling happy she close her window she then prepare herself for bed.

Now laying under her blanket starring up into the ceiling in the dark room. Just a pinch of moonlight shining through the creek of the window shine inside her room. Her mind wonder back to the unexpected sight of a Half-ling, 'Seem like they found out my identity.' she thought.

A big sigh escape her mouth as Y/n recall her oath with her father.

After the murdered of his parent, Y/n's father made her vow to protect him at all cost even if it means death would come in her way and she took the vow. Her father knew this vow seem very cruel but she's the only one who could do this job alone.

Moment after moments the girl slowly fall asleep into deep slumber under the shining of the full moon....

Hello my readers! I finally have some time to upload Chapter 14.🎉

I'm sorry if it took so long I've started school recently and my new teacher aren't so nice about giving out assignments on the first week of school.😅

Your probably wonder if this is actually a vampire ff it actually is, it just that sometime I get too carried away I almost forgot its an vampire ff but it in there and I'll try to include it more often now.😗👉👈

If you notice I have been switching fonts for the setting and who is speaking and stuff, I decided it would be easier for me and my readers to notice them and who is actually talking.
