Its midnight and everyone was sleeping except Shen Wei who was constantly thinking something, Zhan Yao turn side and see that Wei is awake he makes himself sit

"Hey? Why are you awake?"

"I'm not sleepy" Said Wei

"A person is usually sleepy but to stay awake there must be some reason" Yao rubs his eyes "Why are you arguing?" Wei said politely still drown in thinking

"I understood. Are you having anxiety because of the proposal?" Yao asked him while turning his face towards Wei "I'm not understanding anything. I don't know him. I haven't seen him properly. What would be his temperament? Either we have same habits or not? I don't know anything" Wei told his worries to Yao and he looks down for some seconds then said "Hmm...So that's the problem. Hey, chill. What will you get by taking tension? Also, Mr. XinCi has taken this decision after thinking a lot. He wouldn't get you married to anyone"

He makes himself closer to Wei and hugs his arm by putting his head on Wei's shoulder "And God forbid, if anything wrong happens then we are standing with you. Then? Don't take tension. Everything will be fine. I will talk to God for you. Now don't worry and be happy always. I'm a pious man. This is why HE listens to me... you know" Yao said and Wei just smiles looking at him

In the university, Shen Wei was alone in the basketball field and he tries to pass the ball through the net but failed each time, at last, he gets tired and sits aside being depressed. Yutong comes and sits beside him

"Tell me how is your mother?"

Shen Wei's eyes get moist "We came to know about her sickness suddenly. I don't know what to do..." he said and warm water flows down on his pale cheeks

"We will take appointment of the best doctor and will take her for checkup" Yutong said but Wei turns towards him "It isn't this easy Yutong"

"Why isn't it?" Yutong was curious

"What will you say to him? Who are you? His son's boyfriend?" Said Wei. "Is that it? Fine! I'II solve this problem today. Okay?" Yutong looks into Wei's eyes and smiles then he takes his phone and starts dialling a number. Wei asked about it and Yutong told him that he is calling his father so that he takes his proposal to Wei's house but Wei gets shocked and he stops him

"Yutong, please. It's not a joke for me"

"It isn't either for me, Shen Wei. In fact, I'm doing it to remove the tears that you have in your eyes and I swear if someone else was the reason of it then I would have burnt everything" Yutong shouts when Wei cries

"Give me some time please," Shen Wei said and wipes away his tears Yutong nods and gets angry he leaves from there in frustration but Wei starts crying again hugging his knees. Yunlan was working in his office when his phone starts ringing "Hello?"

"Don't you work in an office and picks up anyone's phone?"

"Who is this speaking?" Yunlan gets attentive towards the call

"Zhan Yao. Also known as Yao" He smiles "Zhan Yao?" Yunlan wasn't able to remember the name and the name owner

"Haven't you recognized your to-be brother-in-law?"

Yunlan taps his forehead and close his eyes tightly, lean back on his chair and smiles awkwardly "Oh! Yao? How are you?"

"I'm absolutely fine but if you want to stay fine then come at home in the evening," Yao said and Yunlan gets curious but smiles again "Why"

"Mr. XinCi has called you. He wants to meet you. Do come at 6:00 p.m. in the evening" Yao said and hung up the call quickly "Umm...Yao?" Yunlan wants to ask something but the call was already cut

In the evening Yunlan came and Yao was the first one to welcome him "By the way, you're three minutes late brother Yunlan"

"I'm sorry, I was stuck in traffic"

"It's okay, just be on time at the wedding ceremony" Yao was walking along Yunlan and smiles but they meet XinCi on the door who was ready to go somewhere "Hello, good evening uncle" Yunlan greets his father in law

"Good evening son, everything okay?" XinCi seems surprised seeing Yunlan suddenly and Yao looks at his father then he looks at Yunlan's face and Yunlan looked at Yao's face questionably. The situation gets very confused because of Zhan Yao "Are you going to make him stand outside? Ask him to come inside" Yao whispers to his father but Yunlan hears it and looks down

"Oh yes, please come in dear" XinCi smiles and welcomes him in then he faces Yao "Why?"

"Weren't you going anywhere?" Yao smiles mischievously

"What is the matter dear, how can I go anywhere now?" XinCi goes behind Yunlan "Oh God help me, please. You know I do it for my Wei" Yao looks at the sky and pray

"If you were going to invite him you could have at least informed me about it so I would have prepared accordingly. Your devil make the drawing-room a mess, it hasn't even been dusted" Said YaRu to XinCi "I haven't invited him, I already told you"

"Then who invited him?" YaRu again questions her husband

"I invited him" Yao comes running between his parent's argument and both of them asked in one voice "Why?"

"Now go sit with him in the drawing-room and talk and you go prepare tea, I'II go and bring Shen Wei" Yao orders his parents one by one then he goes to bring Shen Wei from the room he opens the door "Why are you always sitting so depressed at home?"

Then he approaches the closet and brings out some dresses "Come on let's go downstairs, put on some decent clothes"

"Why?" Said Wei politely

"Dad is calling you downstairs since brother Yunlan is here. Wear this okay?" Yao answers him and brings out some clothes for him

"Yunlan?" Wei gets attentive

XinCi was talking with Yunlan and ask about his business and health and other casual things "Shh...Shhh Sh Sh" Yao signs his dad from the door and XinCi feels awkward by his action in front of Yunlan who was also looking at him "I will be right back" Said XinCi and Yunlan smiles

"What's the matter, dear?" XinCi comes close to Yao "What are you doing here?" Yao question him back "Sitting with my son in law"

"What is happening here?" Yunlan thinks inwardly and smiles at Yao who also smiles back at him

"Okay fine but now you can leave" Yao gets attentive towards his father again "You mean I should go back and sit with Yunlan?"

"No, go and check on mom" Yao points towards the kitchen but XinCi was reluctant to go back to Yunlan

"Wei is coming dad. He won't be able to talk in front of you, he' II be uncomfortable. Try to understand" Yao whispers to his father looking and smiling at Yunlan who is constantly smiles back

"I have told you before this is not a right thing to do" XinCi gets angry at him

"Okay, you can scold me later. But right now please go" Yao pleads making cute face and XinCi lose in front of him. Yao come to Yunlan and sit beside him, he makes his face close to Yunlan and said slowly "You have no idea how difficult it was for me to get rid of Mr. XinCi"

Yunlan coughs after listening to him and makes a weird face

"The things I have to do for you people. Hey look, he's here" Yao said then he sees Wei coming...
