Dinner

At the required time, Yunlan comes and waits for Shen Wei while Yao was constantly teasing Yunlan and his dad

"Go and check Wei. Why is he taking long and bring him down" YaRu sends him to Wei "Yes Yes I am going, what else a pigeon can do? Other than delivering messages"

Wei comes down with Yao and Yunlan stands They greets each other shortly and Wei sits down with his mom "Go dear and have a good time together" His mom smiles and they left for dinner

"Wei...remember God gives us a tongue to speak and communicate" Yao holds him back and whispers in his ear

Yunlan opens the car door for Wei like a gentleman and the other just sits without looking at him even for a once. At the restaurant, Yunlan again signs him to sit first and gives him space Wei obediently follows everything without any rejection and keep his silence. They sit and Yunlan smiles looking at the silent beauty in front of him with no reaction at all

"What are you thinking?" Lin questions Yutong as they are sitting just a few tables away from Wei and Yunlan but luckily both of them didn't notice each other still

"I'm feeling strange, my heart is not convinced" Yutong take a sip of water "What are you saying? Tell me properly" Lin gets curious and asks him

"I think the issue with Shen Wei is serious. It's not just about his mother" Yutong leans on the table and shook his head "You're overthinking" Lin wants to make him relax but Yutong again shook his head "I'm just feeling weird. We have fought before but we never had so much distance between us" Yutong again leans back at the chair and gets worried "Relation with parents can be like that. You don't care about the rest of the world. Don't misunderstand and relax" Said Lin and snaps in front of him but Yutong didn't satisfy

Wei didn't eat but instead, he was constantly circling the spoon in his plate looking down and drowns in thinking. Yunlan notices his every action and wipes his own mouth still looking at the lost Wei "Looks like you didn't like the food?" He asked

"What? No, it was nice" Wei finally looks at him who was desperately waiting for a chance that Wei looks at him for a once and finally Yunlan get that sacred moment "Do you always stay this quiet?" Yunlan smiles and asks him politely

"No" Wei again looks down and Yunlan arched his eyebrows and said with a sarcastic smile "Good"

"Actually I brought you here to know about you. What you like, what are your hobbies, what makes you happy, you like to read books or travel, what makes you sad, so I don't do anything which hurts you or make you feel sad" Yunlan said and expect that Wei say anything or at least smile but no reaction from the other

"You already knew everything about me" Wei finally speaks

"Really? I only know that your name is Shen Wei" Yunlan said with smiling and excitedly arched his eyebrows then he added again "And now I think the time has come that I should learn a bit more about you."

"Yes, I like reading," Wei said and Yunlan just nods "Good. Anyways, what's the big deal about knowing each other, we have our whole lives to do that" Yunlan said while smiling wide and take a sip of his drink but Wei was still seems lost. Yunlan leans back looking at his lost wife and sighs

Yutong looks back but luckily didn't get any glimpse of Shen Wei because he has his back. Yunlan decides to try again and he said "One very important which I want to say to you," Said Yunlan and Wei silently looks at him

"Our present and future are what's important. I don't have anything from my past which I need to tell you and neither will I question you about your past because the more we indulge in the past, the more complicated it will get. We need to move forward, together" Yunlan becomes serious and said wisely, Wei sits just looking at him silently as he understands what his husband is saying

After dinner, they went to a park as he wants to give happiness to lost Shen Wei there they see some couples enjoying with each other. Shen Wei didn't like the area which Yunlan quickly discovers "Let's go somewhere else, it's not as good as I thought it will be"

Shen Wei silently walks towards the car again and gets in without waiting for the other when he looked outside towards Yunlan he gets shocked on the scene outside. Yunlan was standing beside the road and someone was talking with him. A car was running in full speed little zigzag seems the driver was drunk.

Shen Wei didn't think more after witnessing the coming danger towards his husband. He runs as fast as he could and push both the men aside hugging Yunlan tightly as they fall back hard and Wei gets hurt and falls unconscious because his head hit the stone on the ground. Yunlan was carefully hugging him and sits back holding Wei's waist having Wei on top of him when he notices no movement from the person who is currently in his laps hugging

"Shen Wei! Sh...Shen Wei?" He shoves him a little and patted his cheeks gently. Yunlan's breath stops on seeing his love unconscious in front of him. Other people also gather there, Yunlan picks him up in his arms and places him on the nearby bench "Wei...get up please" Yunlan was dead worried and he sprinkles some water on his face. He gets him to hospital and after some time Wei gets consciousness and sees Yunlan's worried face. He silently gets up with Yunlan's help and sits

"Are you okay? How are you feeling?"

"I...I am fine" Wei answers him gently "Why you did that? What if something happened to you? you scared me to death" Yunlan almost shouts at him and a tear appears on his eye but Wei suddenly thinks something "Will you inform my family?"

"Oh, sorry I didn't I forget to inform them as I was worried for you," he said and about to touch his phone when Wei grabs his hand "No please don't inform them. I am fine perfectly fine and if they know they become worried. You already know about mom. Dad and Yao won't sleep the whole night if they get to know about me" Wei pleads holding Yunlan's hand and he agrees as he becomes weak towards him now

"Luckily there is no injury or bleeding" Yunlan checks him and gets relaxed. After about an hour they went back

Shen Wei was standing in front of the mirror and was checking his head when Yao comes running and hugs him from behind makes him startle "What are you doing Yao?"

"Tell me, what did you people talk about? Is he romantic or not?" Yao was clinging to his back and smiling putting his chin on Wei's shoulder and Wei just push him back gently and went towards closet

"Why are you feeling shy from me? Tell me, did you discuss baby names?" Yao was very happy and excited as he also comes behind him

"Yao please leave me alone, I'm very tired," Wei said while grabbing his night suit "Why are you tired? You went for dinner, not to plough a field" Yao makes disappointed face and steps back but he again uttered again and become happy "Okay tell me what are you planning for the honeymoon?"

Wei glares at him being very angry and Yao rubs his nape being bit embarrassed and looks here and there, his cute smile fades slowly and Wei went to the bathroom and closed the door "Okay fine, now that you're married you've stopped valuing your brother. Fine Wei" Yao shouts leaning against the bathroom door then he grabs Wei's coat and shirt, he starts checking it but ends up disappointed "Is he a cheapskate? Didn't he even give you a gift?" Yao again comes and lean himself on the bathroom door and knocks it but no one replies back "WEI...."
