Growing up, my dad had told me many stories of terrorist attacks occurring in Kashmir now and then , every time there was a newsflash regarding the casualties of these attacks , I never took any of it seriously, I never wanted to, I had never imagined, not in my wildest nightmares that I would witness one of these attacks myself. But, somehow , I am not afraid , I accept what life has stored in it for me!

Everybody is too afraid of the oblivion , believe me I was too, but the way I see it now , its the idea of the great oblivion that is scary but once you live through it , you are not afraid anymore!'

I had stopped keeping track of time as I had no motive for it, since I was dragged in a shed which looked like a stable. I, was , then tied to a horizontal pole which was attached to the roof and my hands were pulled upright so that it could reach that horizontal bar with some kind of ropes which were directly cutting into my skin. There were two of those men keeping an eye on me , and I don't knew where the rest were.I had been in and out of my consciousness quiet few times, which were only helping me to forget both  emotional and physical pains for some time .  I entered in the state of torpor after all my senses were  exhausted waiting for the dissolution of my body into nothing but pile of lifeless corpse, when suddenly , I could vaguely feel my arms again as someone was trying to untie them but I was so tired that I was once again lost in my unconsciousness and imagining some happy memories of my life!

I woke up in the arms of some well built guy with bruises covering his face  and blood pouring  out of them. And after some closer view , I could make out that he is none other than Mr. Roy, I would have never thought he would come for me ,risking his life!
