Chapter 18

"So Finn said he's gonna meet me there since Britt is driving us both" Rachel explained.

"She said she'll be here in around 5 minutes so we should probably go wait outside" I said.

There was this big New Years party that nearly everyone was going too. Britt offered to pick me and Rachel up and take us there since she was going too. I looked back over to Rachel and saw her burst out laughing.

"What?" I asked genuine confused as to what she was laughing at.

"Nothing" she said as she calmed down her laughter. "It's just whenever you mention Brittany your face goes all soft and you look like your about to melt into a puddle" she said still giggling a little.

"Rach can I talk to you about something?"

"Yeah sure what's up" she replied.

"T-the other day, when Britt and I gave eachother our Christmas presents... I nearly said t-that I loved her" I mumbled the last part.

Surprisingly Rachel didn't start screaming and telling me what I should name our child. She just stayed calm and sat down next to me.

"Well do you?" She asked.

"I have no idea. I haven't really thought about it" I admitted.

"Well, how does she make you feel?" She said.

"You mentioned before about the whole melt into a puddle deal. I just dont know!" I said with a huff.

"If you want my opinion" she said with her eyebrows raised "I think you've been in love with her for a while..."

"Rach we've only been together for around 2 months, is that too soon?" I asked.

"Um... No" she replied as if it was the most obvious thing in the world.

I just sat there as I tried to take in the information.

"Ok look I'm not saying you have to tell her tomorrow but being in love isn't a bad thing"

"I guess..." I mumbled.

"Mmhmm. Damm straight" she mumble. "Maybe straight isn't the best word to describe it actually" she added as I felt a buzz come from my pocket.

we made our way out the front of Rachel's house and saw Britt's car pulled up. I got in the front while Rachel got in the back.

"Hey San, hey Rach" Britt said warmly.

"Hey Britt!" Rachel replied.

"Hey Babe" I said. We both leant over the console and connected our lips in what was supposed a short but turned into a deep kiss, our tongues dancing around each other.

"Umm... guys, still here" Rach said awkwardly in the back. Britt just laughed as I sighed in annoyance.

"God yes, keep going" I moaned as Britt sucked harder on my neck. She's definitely going to give a hickey but I couldn't care less right now, my body is on fire. She trailed her kissed slowly from my neck to my jaw, then right back to my lips.

"Let's slow down a bit before I take you on this couch" she said breathing heavily. "Tell you what, I'll go get us some more drinks so we can cool off. I'll be back in a sec" she said pecking on the lips.

"Okay" I replied with a smile, trying to get to heat in my pants to go away.

She walked away leaving me standing there observing my surroundings. There were a bunch of people in the middle of the room dancing. All I could smell was alcohol but honestly I didn't expect anything else.
