*Unknown Rescue Location*
Ana and the members of Truck 81 watched Kelly as he lowered himself and the victim down with the basket. She looked to her right as Chief walked over, having just arrived on scene.
"All good?" He wondered.
"Yep." Ana replied, popping the "p." "Graffiti artist got stuck up there is all, Wally."
The brunette felt like she spoke too soon as a familiar vehicle pulled up where Chief just came from. Hank hopped out and walked over with his partner, or one of them at least, right behind him.
Out of the corner of her eye, Ana saw Matt tighten his grip around the halligan in his hand. She turned and saw a look of rage matching his body language.
"Sev." Ana called, spotting the man hopping down from the Squad Truck.
She glanced at Herrmann and Otis, who were standing a few feet away, and nodded at Matt. The three caught on and surrounded the Truck Lieutenant on all sides. Meanwhile, Chief had turned to face the approaching detectives and Ana, being over a foot shorter than him, was completely hidden behind his large figure.

"You got no reason to be here." Chief pointed out.
"Oh, I'm collecting gang intel, Chief." Hank retorted, pointing up at the Graffiti Artist's work. "Big new tag like that, gotta make sure it doesn't spark a turf war."
"You've seen it." Chief gestured towards the paint. "Now leave."
"You might want to take a step back there. I don't want to charge you or one of your men with interfering with a police investigation." Hank warned, radiating cockiness.
Chief could feel Ana glaring holes into his back and knew exactly why. A few shifts ago, she came in looking distracted and upset. She was withdrawn and didn't speak a word to anyone. Not even to the two Lieutenants who were more than concerned for her wellbeing.
As the shift went on, Ana grew more and more depressed until eventually, Matt and Kelly brought Chief into the loop. He called Ana into his Office for a little 1 on 1 chat and she broke down, telling him about the events that had transpired the other night.
As that shift ended and a new one started, her pain and heartbreak faded away leaving pure, raw anger in it's place. Hearing her so-called husband threaten her fire fighting family had caused it to flare again.
"Yeah." Chief muttered, shaking himself out of his thoughts as he turned and walked towards his fellow firemen while still, miraculously, keeping Ana from view. "Pack it up. We're outta here."
"Oh, hey, Casey." Hank called, taking a few steps forward and making everyone pause. "You got your deposition tomorrow."
"Come on, let's go." Kelly urged, patting Matt on the shoulder.
With each step everyone took away from him, Hank and his partner took another one forward.
"Let me ask you, is that cute little fiancee of yours gonna be there too?" The Detective wondered as Matt glared daggers at him. "Cause I gotta tell you, the other night, when we were talking, she seemed kinda, I don't know, shut down. But by the end, she really started to open up." Hank smirked, watching Matt charge at him and catching his partner reaching for his gun out of the corner of his eye.
