Movie night

Zes Pov

        As soon as I heard Anthony get in his car and pull off I put his number in my phone. I can't believe I just got his number! I didn't even have to ask for it, he just gave it to me! The pain and excitement made me fall asleep.

 Chilleds Pov

        I went to RedBox, and  got my favorite movie for us to watch (The Lego Movie.) Then I went to Walmart to get some extra food. I tried to get my shopping done fast so I could get back to Steven. I miss him already. I put the food in the trunk of my car and drive home. I put the groceries on the kitchen counter, and I head up the stairs to check on Steven. I get to my bedroom door take a deep breath and open the door. He's where I had left him, but he was asleep. The swelling on his face was starting to go down. We have school tomorrow, hopefully he will we able to walk. I walk over to my tv, and place the DVD on the top on the player. Then I hear movement in the bed. I turn around to see him laying awake in the  bed.

"What movie did ya get?" he asks,

"Oh, your awake. I um, got the lego movie." I say sheepishly.

"cool" he says.

"Do you want to watch it?" I say pointing at my tv.

"Ya!" he says. Then he attempts to sit up.

 Only to yell "FUCK!" and lay back down, his face twisted in pain.

 I feel so bad for him, he must be in so much pain. 'Think Anthony, think'

"oh, let me help you." I say before I slide my arms under him, and carry him over to the couch in front of the tv.

I slowly lay him down on the couch before heading back to the bed to grab the blanket for him. I hand him the blanket and

he says "Thanks."

"Don't mention it" I reply, sliding the DVD into the player. "I'm gonna go get some popcorn." I say before heading to the kitchen to make some.

when I come back he's texting on his phone, and as soon as he sees me he blushes and shoves  it under the blanket. I hand him the popcorn and sit next to him.

"I know this is none of my business but..." I say, he looks at me curiously. " why did they do this to you?" He looks away. for a minute there was silence, then the looked back at me I can see tears in his eyes as he says.

"where do I even start."
