Part 8//Guilty

"Hey (y/n)!" Harry said as he walked through the doors with a bruised eye and Ron trailing behind him. "Hi, how ways class?" I asked as he came towards me and planted a kiss on my cheek. I noticed his eye and was immediately concerned "oh you know, boring like always" he said with a smile. "Yeah right." Ron said with a smirk. "What do you mean?" Hermione asked looking away from her book and bring he main focus to the boys "Well after class Malfoy when crazy on Harry trying to punch him out for like no reason." "Wait are you serious!? Is that why you have a black eye?" I asked in a panic. "I didn't want you to worry (y/n), I'm fine." Harry said with a reassuring face. "That's not ok! I'm going to have a word whit Malfoy after dinner." "No please don't (y/n), I'm fine." I smiled and gave him a hug before continuing my studies. I count help but feel responsible for why Harry was punched. I didn't know Draco could get so jealous.

That night once I knew everyone was asleep I went down by near the edge of the forbidden forest and started looking for Malfoy.  I was absolutely furious at what he had done to Harry. I saw him leaning against a tall tree playing with his rings on his left hand. He noticed me walking towards him "Evening (y/n)" he said with a smile "Are you insane!?" I screamed at him. "I have no idea what you're was talking about." "Oh don't play dumb with me Malfoy, I know what you did to Harry's face you moron!" he stopped smile "He deserved it for stealing you away from me." "You did this to yourself, besides I was never yours." He took a step closer to me and stood in place. "He doesn't deserve you!" He said in an angry voice as he took another spot closer to me "And you think you do?" I said with my arms crossed. "Oh just shut up already." He said right before aggressively pressing his lips against mine.

"Stop doing this! I hate you and kissing me every time I'm mad at you won't change anything." I said pulling myself away from him. "You don't hate me (y/ln)" he says as he grips my wrists with his cold hands. "If you break up with him and we can go public." I'm taken by surprise, he wants to go public? I thought he would be ashamed of me "I can't do that Draco, me and Harry just started dating and he'll kill me if I leave him for you." He lets out a sigh "I'll give you until after winter break to make your decision." "I don't want to lose you or Harry." I said in as he starts to pull away. "I hope you make the right choice (y/n)." I pull him closer "I need you" he smile and kisses me lightly. "Then you know what to do. See you tomorrow" he started to walk away and I left feeling even more confused.

Winter break...

I start to pack my bags and get ready to catch the train back home. I was so excited to come home for Christmas and see my mom. I wasn't so excited about telling her I had a boyfriend because I knew she would be against it. Hermione was going to see her family as well but as for Harry and Ron, they would be staying. I still didn't know if I was going to break up with Harry but I still had some time left to decide. Who knew picking between the two would be so hard.

"Come on (y/n) we're going to miss the train." Hermione said poking her head in the door frame. "Coming!" I shouted as I quickly shoved the rest of my things into my bag. I walked out of my room and saw Hermione hugging Harry and Ron goodbye. I walked over to Harry and said "I miss you!" as I  kissed him goodbye. He pulls me into a hug "I'll miss you too (y/n)." He said."Oh and before I forget" he says right before pulling a wrapped gift from behind his back. "Oh Harry you didn't have to get me anything." "Nonsense you're my girlfriend, now open it!" He said in excitement. I ripped open the paper to reveal a small glass bottle of liquid luck. "Harry I cant except this." I said with an almost concerned look"Just use it wisely" he winked. "Thank you so much!" I said pulling him into another hug before I felt Hermione's hand pull me towards the door and rush me out.

It was absolute chaos in the hallways, everyone was running down trying to get ahead of the others. There was so much shoving and pushing that after a while I couldn't see Hermione "I'll meet you on the train!" I heard her yell in the distance. I continued down the hall as cautiously as possible and spotted Draco leaning against a pillar waiting for the others to pass. He noticed that I was staring at him and he started to walk over to me. I took a deep breath as he came towards me. "Hey (y/n)." He said with a very neutral face. "Hi Draco." I said with smile trying to lighten the mood. "I actually have something for you." He said as he grabbed my hand and placed a small box in it. "Really? Thank you" I said with an even bigger smile. "It was nothing." He shrugged as I gave him a quick hug. "Merry Christmas Draco, I'll see you later." A small smile appeared on his face "Merry Christmas (y/n)."
