City of Vale is very beautiful at night, but more dangerous. As much as the council of Vale tells that the citizens live in peace, they are lying or terribly wrong. There is no such thing is peace, only delay before the war, Teacher understood that very well. Salem, the mysterious woman, gave him a job to do, which he will do as long as it benefits him. Salem has a plan, and this plan requires dust, an energy propellant, which is used everywhere and by everyone, and the plan requires very much of it.

Salem told him to meet Roman Torchwick, a local thief in the city of Vale, who is being manipulated by Cinder Fall, the woman in a red dress, to do the stealing. How Teacher understood that Roman is being manipulated? It's obvious, Roman sounds like a guy who is working on himself, and the stealing is not only a necessary for his survival, but more like a sport.

Roman, Neo and their goons were standing outside the Vale's borders, near the edge of Emerald forest, waiting for their new comrade. Cinder told Roman, that he was going to come from the forest in the location where they are standing.

"Roman, where is he? He is supposed to be here like half an hour ago!"

One of his goons said. Roman smirked and said:

"Patience. I already like him, he doesn't follow the rules of getting in time"

Just before the goon tell something, they were interrupted by the heavy footsteps, coming from the forest. Roman, Neo and goons aimed at the forest, just in case of any sudden grimm approach. But they weren't expected the sight before them. Their new comrade was coming from the woods.

"Here he is

"Here he is. Damn, he looks badass"

Roman muttered. The man in the heavy armor approached them and said:

"Roman Torchwick, Cinder told me about you"

"I hope she told good things about me"

Roman said while smiling. Teacher shakes his head and said:

"No, completely opposite of the word "good""

"Ow..."

Roman sadly muttered. New patted him by the hand and cheered him silently.

"I'm going to work with you, Torchwick. You may call Rat King"

Teacher obviously lied about his real nickname, mostly because Roman doesn't deserved to hear it.

Roman looked at his armor, and saw a patch on his shoulder which is looking exactly like a rat king.

"Well R-King, we have a business in the next week. We are going to rob a bank in the commercial district"

Roman expected Teacher, or the Rat King to ask him a question why they are going to rob a bank, but Teacher just nodded. Teacher understood why they need lien in the bank. Roman's, Neo's and their goons' weapons looked like they are made from the scratch, which means they have their own weapon's sellers. With the bank's money, they will gain more weapons for the dust shops. Goons, Roman, Neo and Teacher loaded themselves in the bullheads and started to fly to the safehouse in the Mountain Glenn.

Mountain Glenn was the Kingdom of Vale's first serious attempt at expansion. The kingdom developed an elaborate underground metro system that allowed the settlers to commute to and from the main kingdom and the new territory, thus bypassing the danger of the Grimm, while also setting up an aggressive perimeter defense that worked for a short period of time, keeping the thousands of the city's residents safe in their new home.

However, Mountain Glenn did not boast the natural barriers Vale did, and as such Grimm attacks began to increase every day until inevitably they overwhelmed the city's defenses. These ever increasing attacks were partly due to the actions of Merlot Industries which worked to attract more Grimm for the purpose of experimentation.

In a last-ditch effort to stave off destruction, the citizens of Mountain Glenn took refuge in the tunnels they had initially cleared for their subways, converting them into an underground settlement and cutting themselves off from the surface entirely.

Unfortunately, this supposed safe haven was eventually compromised when an explosion opened the mouth of another cavern filled with subterranean Grimm. This left the town completely exposed and the remaining citizens beyond saving. With no other recourse, Vale sealed off the tunnels permanently, creating the world's largest tomb. The ruins of Mountain Glenn now stand as a reminder for history to reflect upon.

Just like Pripyat... The disaster happened, and the entire town turned ghost town. But Pripyat is more dangerous than the Mountains Glenn, because of emissions, anomalies, mutants and people like Teacher. He was going to feel right at home...
