Getting there and back

After having a full-on temper tantrum, destroying his office more, then fixing it again Blackhat searched the mansion from top to bottom looking for some clue of where Flug and Madame Mist went. Screw keeping himself calm and screw anyone judging him. He'll kill them all. He checked the security cameras and saw Flug running down the halls to the lab. After a while, the mansion shook and the cameras went out. Blackhat assumed it was because of his void spell.

The cameras didn't help. And when Blackhat asked (more like screamed at) 5.0.5 if they had seen where Flug went, it cowered and said it hid in its plush bed in Flug's room and didn't know what was going on. Useless carebear.

Blackhat couldn't feel Flug's presents anywhere on HatIsland. Not even anywhere on this planet. Blackhat knew Flug wasn't dead because he owns Flug's soul. He would know.

Ever since the moment, he saw what Flug hid under the mask, Blackhat became increasingly angry and curious. Why hadn't he pushed to see what hid under that bag sooner?! What species was Flug? What were his abilities? Flug was highly intelligent; was it because he wasn't human? Could that idiot use smoke magic like Madam Mist? Was Flug fragile like a human? Did his body function like humans? A million unanswered questions kept popping up in Blackhat's mind, each one made him angrier without a bloody answer. Blackhat kept Flug's bag and goggles in his trenchcoat pocket.

Blackhat contacted Dementia and told her to be on the lookout for anyone with Madame Mist's description and to inform him immediately. It had been two days since Flug was kidnapped. And nobody knew where Flug could be.
Blackhat was in his office calling people of all kinds, anti-heroes, and villains mostly, to help the search in exchange for a valuable reward: they keep their lives. 5.0.5 slammed the office doors open and was running in the room, Dementia chasing after him.

"What is the meaning of this?!" Blackhat yelled at the two running around his office.

"GIVE IT, BEAR!!!" Dementia laughed as she chased 5.0.5.

"WRAaroo!!" 5.0.5 said back.

With a low growl, Blackhat formed two tentacles to seize them and lift them off the floor, visible eye red and black with anger. He held the two to face him and in a demonic voice slowly said: "EXPLAIN. NOW!"

5.0.5 tried to hide in its fluffy paws and a clear crinkle sound was heard. 5.0.5 looked at its paw and with a nervous smile held out their paw to show Blackhat. Dementia was still trying to take it. "I JUST WANT TO SEE IT!" She said; making grabby hands trying to reach it.

It was a piece of paper with, at first glance, scribbles on it. Blackhat took the paper from the bear and put the two down. On closer inspection, it was poor handwriting. Flug's handwriting. It read:

Dear Blackhat, Dementia, and my beloved 5.0.5
I know this is on very short notice, and it doesn't make any sense, but I am going to have to say goodbye. You will probably never see me ever again. So because of my absence, I leave my plane collection to 5.0.5, the prisoners in the torture chambers I leave them to Dementia, may you have fun making them scream. And finally, I owe Blackhat an explanation. Sir Blackhat. As you saw I am not from this world. And where I'm going, I won't be able to return. To serve Lord Blackhat was an honor an
The note ended there.

'Not from this world'? 'Won't be able to return'?! What did that mean? Flug must have written this before he was kidnapped. Or left on his own..?

"Where did you get this?" Blackhat asked 5.0.5.

5.0.5 flinched when he spoke. "Brwoo." It said.
