RULES:
1. kapag walang 받침 (final consonant) and kapag ang adj/verb stem ay nagend sa ㄹ use ㄹ 거다
가다 → 갈 거다
오다 → 올 거다
놀다 → 놀 거다
2. kapag may 받침 (final consonant) at the end of the adj/verb stemm use 을 거다
먹다 → 먹을 거다
받다 → 받을 거다
USAGE:
- pwedeng gamitin sa adjective and verb
ex.

May patchim man o wala, use ~겠다
가다 → 가겠다
좋다 → 좋겠다
살다 → 살겠다
USAGE:
-often ginagamit sa mga formal/professional settings
- pwedeng gamitin sa adjective and verb
- sa first-person statements, expresses intention or will. (Kung ano plan mo)

- ginagamit din ito to convey supposition, a guess, a thought or observation. kaya may meaning din ito na 'I think', 'I bet', 'I guess', 'It/this looks ~', 'It must be ~'.
Example, may nakita kang cake. maiisip mo na masarap un, so pwede mo sabihin:
맛있겠어요! it looks delicious
ex 2:
내일은 비가 오겠어
I bet it's going to rain tomorrow.
- isa sa usage nito is to raise the politeness level kapag magsasabi ka ng " i know" and "i don't know.
