Chapter 12

RING RING RING!!!

Those were the words Jade heard being woken up from her slumber, the constant ringing is making her ears bleed and it starts to irritate the crap out of her. She was planning to turn off the horrendous sound from the cellphone on the nightstand beside Perrie when she realized she was locked in her blonde best friend's vicegrip hold on her waist. It wasn't like she was suffocating through her best friend's hug, it was more of a protective kind of hug which she finds comforting and sweet but a drag to get out of because the hug was really locked in. 

She knows Perrie loves her sleep just as much as she loves her food and her friends so Jade was having a hard time contemplating to wake her up or possibly let the alarm clock wake up the younger Geordie instead. She felt a shift in movement and she's hoping it was Perrie waking up. She felt the girl releasing her arms from her waist, so she shifted her body at 360 degrees to face Perrie and saw her blonde best friend in her back still with her eyes closed blindly reaching for the ringing phone and unconsciously turning the alarm off which is beyond adorable to see. 

Before Jade could leave the bed, she was suddenly enveloped in a tight hug yet again from Perrie which caught the older geordie offguard. When she started hearing snoring sounds yet again, she came to a conclusion that her best friend once again fell in a deep slumber. Jade's head was tucked under Perrie's chin and her left hand was on Perrie's chest where she could feel the blue-eyed girl's steady heart beat. She could feel both of the blonde's hands are softly clasped together around Jade's lower back and the grey-haired geordie felt safe and secured in her best friend's arms which were protective yet soft and light at the same time. She could smell Perrie's neck which had the scent of lavender body soap which she loves, since Perrie doesn't have the sense of smell, she asked Jade to choose her shower gel and shampoo. She based her choices on her best friend's personality which is always looking fresh with a sunshine personality and is very bubbly and happy. Lavender has always been one of Jade's favorite scents and can't help but tend to hug Perrie from time to time and get a whiff of her best friend because she always smells amazing even when she's all sweaty from performing or working out. Leigh & Jesy doesn't like it when she tackles then with sweaty hugs but Perrie doesn't mind at all. Jade was lost in her thoughts and was getting comfortable in Perrie's embrace and fall back to sleep until...

RING RING RIIIIIING!

Jade: Damn it! There's the other phone again! Ugh! Might as well get up and start helping Jesy get ready. Now how do I wake up Pez?

Jade tried to get out of Perrie's embrace and realizing she is indeed trapped in Perrie's embrace and her right leg is between Perrie's long legs. She tried nudging Perrie awake and shaking her shoulders while calling out her name but to no avail. As Jade was fidgeting as she was trying to loosen Perrie's grip, her right knee accidentally bumped Perrie in between her legs which caused the blonde artist to moan a little too loudly which caused Jade to stop her actions and turn a little crimson in the cheeks after what she heard and she chuckled a little bit due to her embarrassment causingher shoulders to vibrate. Perrie began to stir a little bit to once again snooze the phone hurriedly before facing the older Geordie once again now with her left hand resting in Jade's waist. That's when Jade know its her cue to wake her up a little forcefully this time before she falls back to sleep. She decided to smoosh both Perrie's cheeks together playfully then stretching them while calling Perrie's name.

Jade: Perrieeeee.. Perriewinkle.. Pezzaaaa.. wakey wakeyyyyyy!

Perrie: Jeeed nuuuu (Jade, no) go back to sleeeep. (Wrapping her left arm around Jade's waist and dozzing off yet again)

Jade: Here we go again. As much as I would loooove for us to get more sleep we need to help Jesminda get ready. (Trying her best to reason out her very drowsy blondie)

Perrie: ugh! Leigh can handle that. Let's just give her a headstart. (Mumbled Perrie while turning to face the ceiling and putting a pillow over her face to drown out Jade's voice)

Jade: You can't be THAT sleepy to believe what you said is true. pleeeease Pezza! Wake up! We're gonna be late.. (while trying to pull the pillow away from the sleeping singer)

Perrie: fybemrnth (voice mumbled by the pillow)

Jade: What?

Perrie: Hmppp.. I saaaaaid.. 5.MORE.MINUTES! (Removing the pillow and returning it back to it's original position)

Jade: (sighs) Don't make me pull out the bug guns Pez. You don't wanna unleash the T-Monster na would you? (Warned Jade)

Perrie: You.wouldn't.dare. (Removing the pillow yet again from her face)

Jade: Don't challenge me Edwards. (Raising her left eyebrow and her right arm as a warning sign)

Perrie: After what happened the last time you did that? You don't have the guts to do it anymore. (Perrie reasoned out while smirking and covering her face yet again and putting her arms over it and relaxing thinking she won that round)

Jade: Oh now you did it.

Jade then proceeded to tickle Perrie furiously which caused the younger Geordie to laugh loudly and squirmed excessively trying to get away from the older Geordie's wandering hands. The tickle fight became more physical and neither girl was giving in to the other's demands, pillows were falling off the bed and both girls were rolling off each other trying to get the upper hand until Jade was on top of Perrie straddling her waist and trapping both arms of the blonde on each side of her head as Perrie was trying to wiggle her way out of the older girl's tight grasps while both girls were laughing by their own hysteric acts. 

As the laughing died down, Jade suddenly got caught in Perrie's bright blue eyes while the latter was mesmerized by bambi brown ones. Both girls were totally stuck in each others' gazes and Perrie was well aware of the position she is in right now which ultimately makes her terrified and aroused simultaneously, her heart's beating so fast she feels that it will burst out of her chest any minute. Perrie suddenly broke their intense gaze and stared at her best friend's lips suddenly imagining how they tasted like. The girl above her followed her gaze and when it returned back towards her eyes she noticed that is was now a darker shade of blue like the sea that made the older geordie even more mesmerized that she can't seem to look away. 

Both girls seemed to be in a trance that the younger girl lying on the bed slowly lifted her head from the pillow and the older one slowly followed her best friend's actions halfway leaning downwards not being aware what would happen next.
