The Tiny Phantom - [[Detecive!Kageyama x Thief!Hinata]]

Chapter 1

10:23pm,  The Aoba Johsai Royal Mansion

"Are you there yet Sho?"

Hinata tapped his earpiece and responded, "I'm on the roof."

He took a peek through the glass pane on the roof to spot something shiny, it was in a glass box, and around that box, were hundreds, if not, thousands of lasers that could go off by something as small as a pebble. 

"Bingo" 

"K I need you to disable the security systems."

"Don't act like this is the first time I've done this."

Presumably thousands of miles away, K began typing something. Not long after, the thousands of security lasers turned off simultaneously.

"And why are you entering the mansion from the roof exactly?"

"Cause, I need to make a badass entrance."

"You do realize no one's going to see you-"

Hinata rummaged around his coat and pulled out a glass cutter with a diamond tip, "even so, I gotta do what I do with style."

"You do you I guess..."

Quietly, Hinata drew a circle on the glass and pulled out the piece. He then searched through his coat to pull out a rope with a hook at the end. Using the same rope, he swiftly lowered himself downwards and gracefully landed on the floor.

Well that was easier than the first time I did that.

He looked around large room before walking towards the glass box with the shiny item, which was placed ontop of a velvet pillow.

"The Grand King's Crown, you don't look so different than the other crowns I've stolen..."

"Now how am I suppose to get you out of that box?"

Hinata tried thinking of a plan long and hard before ultimately deciding to just break the glass and snatch the crown.

As he snatched the crown, he heard footsteps coming from the door. Loud banging followed right after. 

"Wow, they're early this time." 

Hinata pulled out a fox mask, wore it and ran towards a nearby window.  As he ran to the window, the door swung wide open. Then, detective Kageyama emerged.

Kageyama yelled from across the room, "FREEZE."

Hinata stopped dead in his tracks, looked at the detective and started moving right after. 

"You didn't say for how long!"  (A/N : Some of you Carmen Sandiego watchers might recognize this joke :>> )

As Hinata approached the large window, he lept into that air and made the window shatter to small pieces. 

"OI-" Kageyama ran towards the shattered window and looked below.

There he saw the orange-haired boy, running into the distance, without a single scratch. 

Tch, he's gone... again...
