Kanan- age 23

No ones POV

Kanan gasped as his lover tackled him to the ground in a big bear hug. He had just been saved thanks to Ezras quick thinking, he was able to hold Ezra, breathe in his scent, place his lips against Ezras forehead instead of being engulfed in fueled flames. He was brought back to reality when his shirt became soaked as he heard muffled sobs. He rested his hand against his lovers back and frowned, being hugged by his lover, becoming glued to the wall.

"I'm here.." He tried to comfort his lover. "I'm not going anywhere anytime soon." He whispered, comforting his lover.

Ezra continued sobbing, holding onto Kanan for dear life as if he was just gonna vanish and holding onto him would prevent it.

The twilek still wearing the orange prisoner uniform stared at the two jedi and sighed softly. She sat down against the wall and smiled at the couple. "Don't pull that shit again Jarrus." She glared at him, giving him the most serious warning in her life.

Kanans eyes widened, his now healed eyes looked down at his lover who went silent. "Honey..?" He whispered and grabbed his hand and sighed softly, realizing that Ezra was asleep. "Oh Ezra.." He pulled the younger jedi into his lap and pulled the blue haired male to his chest, rubbing his side. "Hey honey.." He was debating on whether or not to wake him up, but soon decided it would be best so he could get a good nights rest which is something they all needed at the moment.

Sabine took a deep breath as she lowered the transport next to their camp and buried her face into her hands once she landed completely and shut off the engine, she hopped out of the transport and walked over to Zeb, she was mentally and physically exhausted. "Zeb, I am going to bed..I will kill Kanan in the morning, but I don't have the energy for it right now." She passed by him without looking at him and yawned, heading to hers and Heras shared room.

The purple lasat looked confused, looking down at the droid. "I wonder what happened...why would she want to kill Kanan?" He looked up and observed the green twilek hop down from the transport and walked over to Zeb and Chopper, she yawned and gave them a soft smile. "I am heading to bed, I think we all are actually." She gave an exhausted sigh and gave Zeb a hug, wrapping her arms around his chest and smiled. "It's good to be back with my family.." She let go, giving a yawn. "I will see you all in the morning." She went after Sabine to bed.

The lasat looked up at the transport when Kanan nor Ezra walked out of it and decided to take a look, he looked back when the droid beeped and went towards Hera. "Night Chopper." He walked over to the transport and crossed his arms when he saw the younger jedi asleep against Kanan, who was snoring softly and holding the other sleeping jedi close. He knelt down by the jedi, placing his hand onto Kanans shoulder. "I don't wanna do this..but you guys gotta wake up.." He frowned and started to slightly shake the older jedi. "Hey, wake up you guys." He was loud enough to wake them but not hurt them.

Ezra stirred, waking up slowly. He yawned and struggled to stand up, needing Zeb to help him stand. Ezra rubbed his eyes tiredly and yawned. He looked down at Kanan who began to stir and took a deep breath, letting out a deep sigh.

Zeb looked over at Ezra. "So Sabine said the strangest thing...she said she was gonna kill Kanan in the morning. What's up with that?" He got curious and asked the blue haired boy.

Ezra looked up at the lasat and frowned. "He..he almost died in a fuel fire. If it wasn't for me he would've died." He got teary. "I would've lost him.." He wiped his eyes and wiped away the tears.

Kanan woke up slowly, hearing his lover he looked up and frowned. "Honey." He said softly. He got up slowly. "But I'm okay.." He wrapped his arms around the younger males chest and kissed his forehead.

Zeb looked down at the jedi. "Well I'm glad you're okay.." He said softly. "Make sure to get some rest you two, and Ezra try not to kill Kanan please.." He said softly, he then walked to his space and went to bed.

Ezra gave a slight chuckle at Zebs response and looked up at his lover, giving a soft sigh and plopped his head onto Kanans chest.

Kanan continued rubbing his back, then placed his right hand on top of Ezras head and chuckled. "Can we please go and get changed? You don't look comfortable in that suit." He suggested softly.

"Yes please, I am covered in sweat.." Ezra responded gratefully and grabbed Kanans hand and walked over to their shared room, he sighed and pulled the curtain to ensure they had privacy. He walked over to his pile of clean clothes and grabbed his gray pajamas, placing them onto their bed and then grabbed Kanans clean green shorts, and his white tank top and threw them over at him.

Kanan chuckled and caught them. "Thank you." He looked down at the clothes and then back up at Ezra. "Want to go to our hot springs and get cleaned up?"

Ezra put on his pants and looked over at Kanan as he finished getting changed into his pajamas and chuckled. "How about tomorrow? This will ensure that you and I have enough energy.." He trailed his finger down Kanans chest.

Kanan smirked, getting the hint and nods in agreement. "I like the sound of that..now lay down." He sat Ezra down on the edge of the bed and gave him a soft smile, giving him a quick peck and chuckled. "I will go get changed and then we can cuddle all we want okay?"

Ezra nods in response and smiled up at his lover, he took a deep breath and let out a sigh. Laying down, resting his head on a pillow and pulled the covers up over him, he smiled and closed his eyes a little, feeling as though his eyelids were weights. He smiled at his lover who was getting changed, watching him get into bed. Next thing he knew he felt strong, warm arms wrap around his waist and pull him close to another heat source. By then he was out almost immediately, his body exhausted.

Kanan gave a small chuckle and held him closer to his chest, he took in the scent of his lover and relaxed. "Thank you for everything Ezra.." He closed his eyes, letting sleep take over his body.
