Chapter 1 - This Singh Is So Stylish

10 Years Later........

Mumbai

The chopper landed on the Helipad and out walked Raghav Singhania. Just then his phone rang " Hello ? " Raghav said, " hello beta, how are you ? " Gauri asked from the other line, " I'm good....I just landed and I'm on the way to the house " Raghav replied with a smile, " Ok...see you later " Gauri said happily and hung up.  Raghav looked around the skies of Mumbai and smiled, it's been 10 years, and now he is back. Making his way to the car that was waiting for him, Raghav got in and headed home. " It's good to be back " he thought.

20 minutes later, Raghav arrived at his parents house. As he was getting down, Gauri came towards him with a tray, she blessed Raghav and then hugged him, " oh is so good to have you back " Gauri said, " come dad is waiting for you " Gauri added, and pulled Raghav into the house. Raghav stepped in, and immediately he felt cozy. He missed Mumbai and his house. " Raghav......welcome back " Vikram said as he gave Raghav a bear hug, " My you have grown " Vikram as he looked at his son, " True....your so tall " Gauri said amusingly. Raghav just smiled. " Come, you must be tired, " Gauri said as she gestured Raghav towards his room. Raghav looked around his room " We did not touch anything, because we knew you would be coming back somehow " Gauri said, Raghav turned to his mom and smiled and gave her a hug, " Missed you mom " Raghav said, " Missed you too beta " Gauri replied.

The next morning Raghav woke up feeling relaxed, all those years in the States took a toll on him, its not that he hated it, it was just too stressing. Kicking off his covers, he headed downstairs where Gauri was preparing breakfast, " morning beta....how did you sleep ? " Gauri asked, " like a baby " Ragahav replied as took an apple and bit into it and went and sat at the dining table where Vikram was reading the papers " morning dad... " Raghav said, " morning beta....." Vikram said as he folded the paper and started eating " Raghav...I have something to tell you. " Vikram said after some time, Raghav nodded and gestured for his dad to continue " I'm planning on retiring....and I want you to be the new CEO of Singhania Constructions " Vikram. Raghav almost choked  " Dad.....are you serious ?? " Raghav asked in shock, Vikram nodded " It's time for me to step down, and let the young take over " Vikram teased. Raghav smiled and ate his breakfast.

" Raghav are you ready ? " Gauri called, " Yup " Raghav replied as he made his way downstairs. They were going to visit the Jadhav's. 15 minutes later they were in front of the Jadhav's house, Sarita walked out with Balraj in tow, they both hugged Raghav and welcomed him back to Mumbai. " So Raghav how was the States ? " Balraj asked, " It was ok, " Raghav replied, " But Mumbai is better I presume ? " Balraj asked, Raghav nodded and smiled. Raghav looked around, he still remembered the house. He love coming here, and always pranking Kalpi. Speaking of her, where is she ?, " Ummmm Sarita Kalpi kaha ? " Gauri asked. " Thank god mom asked " Raghav thought as he relaxed, " Oh she's not staying here anymore , she's staying with a friend now " Sarita replied, " With a friend ? I hope is not a boy " Gauri teased, " No...no...Kalpi is not like that. She's now renting an apartment with her friend Pakhi Singh, who she meet at college. " Sarita assured Gauri, " aunty-ji how do you know that she is staying with a girl and not a boy ? girls nowadays lie just to be with their boyfriends " Raghav said smugly, " we have seen the place and met Pakhi before. " Sarita replied, " She's trying to independent huh ? . I bet she there is a guy somewhere " Raghav thought and chuckled. " How about you Raghav ? Are you planning to move out ? " Sarita shot back, Raghav blinked a few times " soon....I hope " Raghav replied looking down. 

That night, back home, Raghav was laying on his bed and thinking out Kalpi and her new found independence, " Pssh...independence my ass. How can a girl who is so innocent be independent. It defiantly must be guy " Raghav thought. Just then his phone rang, " hello ? " Raghav asked, " dude !!! whats up !!! " Sammy said from the other line, " nothing much...when are you coming down ? " Raghav asked, " I'm leaving now....my flight should be in tomorrow evening " Sammy said, " ok...I'll meet you there " Raghav said and hung up. No being able to sleep , looking at the clock ,  it read 9.30 pm, Raghav kicked his coves back and headed downstairs. Downstairs his mom and dad were in the hall watching television, " Mom...I'm going out for awhile " Raghav said taking his car-keys, " Ok.. be careful " Gauri called back.

Raghav got into the car and drove off. He drove for some time and came to a stop, he killed the engine and laid his back and closed his eyes. Raghav stayed in the car with his eyes closed for 10 minutes and then opened his eyes, he was about to started the engine when he saw someone sitting on the bench and reading a book, squinting his eyes he found it was a girl. " What is she doing here ?? does she know it dangerous at this time ? " Raghav thought. Before he could open the door and get out, he saw a car coming, the girl looked up and smiled. She got up and opened the car door and got in. The car drove pass Raghav's car and disappeared into the night mist. Raghav drove back home, still thinking about the girl he saw.
