CHAPTER FOUR "HEY, MIRA!"
The white-haired beauty known as Mirajane hummed hearing her name, turning around to see her close guildmate, Lucy Heartfilla. Both were close and recently got closer after Lucy and her team brought back the person she held dearest to her heart, her sister Lisanna who was standing beside her behind the guild bar. "What can I do for you, Lucy?" Mira askes with her million-dollar smile.
Lucy groans, slamming her face on the bar counter.
"Can I get a small glass of water, I'm pooped."
"Coming right up!"
Mira leaves, walking over to the cabinets. Lisanna slid in front of Lucy, taking her sister's previous spot.
"So, how was your job, Luce?" she asked curiously.
"It was the same as other jobs! - Lucy lifts her head from the counter just to show her tears stream down her cheeks- Natsu keeping setting stuff on fire, Gray kept freezing things constantly getting into brawls with his teammate and Erza kept destroying things yelling into battle. I and Wendy just watched the chaos unfold and we didn't even get to do anything!"
Lisanna giggles, closing her eyes as she patted her guildmate's head sympathetically. "That sounds like the gang alright. At least you got the reward right?"
"That's the thing...WE HAD TO USE THE JOB MONEY TO REPAIR FOR THE DAMAGES WE CAUSED! So now, I need to go to another job to get enough money for rent!"
"Oh my...I-I'm sorry to hear that!"
"One glass of water, for Lucy Heartfilla!" Mira proclaims, walking toward the two girls. Before she could make it any further, she trips and accidentally spills the water on Lucy and Lisanna. Both gasps as the cold water started to soak into their clothes.
"Oh, stars! I'm so sorry!" Mira dusts herself off. "Are you both ok?"
Lisanna shivers, giving a thumbs up, "C-Cold, but ok!"
Lucy, on the other hand, sulked in her seat.
"Today is just not my day is it...?"
"Speaking of today," Lisanna turns to her older sister. "I need to go run an errand. I'll be back soon, Nee-chan!" she says, running out the guild. Mira and Lucy say their goodbyes, not knowing that the culprit for the prank was in the corner watching the whole scene. Uyeda snickered quietly as she watched Lisanna leave. One down, few to go.
"Geez! Slow down, Natsu!" Uyeda perked up at hearing that name, directing her attention to her new victim, Natsu Dragneel. He was currently eating up a storm with his exceed, Happy, who was eating a hefty amount of raw fish. Around them was the rest of his teammates, Erza Scarlet, Gray Fullbuster, Wendy Marvell, and Carla the exceed. Erza sat beside Wendy and Carla, her arms folded under her chest. "Carla is right, Natsu. You need to slow down."
