First day of school

Vanessa blowing her horn for Shantay....

Shantay: (getting g in the car) Hey girl.

Vanessa: Hey.

Shantay: You're okay?

Vanessa: Yeah just feeling a little lightheaded.

Shantay: You need for me to drive?

Vanessa: No....Well maybe. (got in the passenger seat)

Shantay: You're not pregnant are you?

Vanessa: Don't say that. I'm going to UTK in the fall.

Shantay: So you and Steven settled that argument?

Vanessa: No not exactly but I mean I'm going to school and he can't stop my dreams. He's gonna have no choice but to accept that or it's gonna be time to move on, his choice.

Ten minutes later they made it to school.....

Jordan:  What's up, Steven? Where everybody at?

Steven: Shantay and Nessa haven't made it back yet. There's Jose.

Roderick: What's up dude?

Steven: Nuthin'. Waiting on Nessa.

Roderick: There's my baby.

Steven: Yeah, my pain.

Roderick: Chill out dude.

Vanessa: Hey baby. (Kiss him)

Steven: What took you so long?

Shantay: It's called speed limit.

Steven: Who was taking to you?

Shantay: I believe I was. (Looking around)

Roderick: Chill out, baby.

Shantay: I can't stand him.

Steven: Well sit then. (Bell rings)

Vanessa: Saved by the bell. Let's go.

Mrs.Bennett: Someone should help you find your homeroom class. You're nervous?

Kim: Not really. I'll see you later.

Devon: Yeah you get to go to a public school.

Mrs.Bennett: Better for you son. So shut up. Bye baby. Your dad is gonna pick you up.

Kim: Okay. (Kiss her cheek and got out the car)

Steven: You gotta work today?

Vanessa: No. I'm off.

Steven: Staying for practice?

Vanessa: I have practice myself, so yeah.

Steven: Okay. Wait for me here after homeroom is over, since our first block is together.

Vanessa: Okay.

Shantay: Bye baby.

Mrs.Thompson: Get in class. (Vanessa and shantay went in) Young lady, you're lost?

Kim: Yes ma'am. I'm trying to find my homeroom.

Mrs.Thompson: Let's see. (Grab Kim's schedule) Oh, it's me. Come on in.

Kim: Thank you.

Shantay: Where have you been, Tamara?

Tamara: I had to go to the bathroom my stomach has been so upset lately.
