I pull away from him after I couldn't breathe anymore and look away shyly. Okay. Now am behaving as if am not a demon.
Or maybe there are kind hearted demons. Ooooouuuuwww. This is so embarrassing. Am sure he is smirking right now and I look at him just to confirm my suspicion.
"I knew it" I exclaim after I see that it's true. He pulls me to his chest and I don't protest. Who knows what he will do just to keep me in his arms. A blush appears on my face at this thought.
"I would like to stay here but I have a duty towards my people." He says as he stands up and turns to leave.
I can't help but smile at his love towards his kingdom.
As he leaves my mind wanders to what I will do around here. I don't even know my way around well yet.
I take some shorts from his closet and pull it under his shirt and leave.
I close the door and turn to my left. Nope. Maybe right first. I turn the other way and headed towards an unknown destination.
I stops in my tracks when I hear groans and contemplate on whether I should leave or not but what I see says otherwise.
Such a bitch. She sure doesn't disappoint. She is busy having her face sucked off in a hallway.
"Looks like you are truly a bitch after all." I say quite loudly than necessary.
The blonde girl turns to me a shocked expression on her face. Now that I come to think of it...I don't even know her name.
But that's not what dazzles me. With a guard. Really. That's not what hurts me.
No. It's the fact that she has no respect for her past with Ozra that she does this with a guard.
"If it isn't the whore herself" she says advancing towards me but I don't have time for this.
"I don't have time for this Blondie. Let's argue on another day. And don't worry too much. I won't tell Ozra. After all we are demons. It's in our nature to lie" I spit at her face and turn to leave.
"My queen" the guard bows before I leave.
I continue with my tour as if nothing happened.
Am on my way back to our room when Felix comes in view. Yes. I know I said our room.
I have to act possessive if bitches like that Blondie keep on coming his way.
"Felix...it's been long since we last saw each other. How have you been." I ask as I run and hug him.
"Ozra is working my lazy ass to the limit. Am so tired" he dramatically says and I can't help it but laugh.
"Auuw. Look at my sweet baby all worked up. " I coo as he pulls away quickly.
"Don't coo me like a fucking baby. Walk your ass to Ozra's office. He awaits your arrival. My queen" he bows dramatically before pulling me with him.
I follow for what feels like two minutes before he stops. He makes a move to knock but I stop him. I put my ear close to the door to listen.
For any sounds. Just for a second. Felix gives me a wierd look and I shrug it off.
He still gives me the look and I feel like hitting him.
"Am not eavesdropping for fuck's sake. I just want to feel his heartbeat" I whisper and sigh as I open the door.
"Can't stay for a minute without me, can you jerk?" I tease as I take a seat in front of his desk.
It looks quite a bit extravagant to me. Looks too expensive. The books in shelves and files on his desk. Never thought a king would need all that to rule.
"Don't get too much ahead of yourself kitten" he smirks.
I look around and start looking through his files. I know that its mosey but what else am I supposed to do.
"Kitten......Kitten......kitten.....Roy...... Royalty" literally shouts the last time and I realize that I had zoned out.
"Sorry...what were you saying?" I ask cluelessly.
"I will have to teach you how to use that tongue well kitten. You don't talk to me like that" he warns and it sends a cold chill down my spine.
I can't help but feel the excitement as he speaks. Focus Roy. Focus. Damn it.
Just then the door opens and Rebecca comes in abruptly heaving.
Ozra stands the same time as me shocked at her sudden visit. What could have gone wrong so suddenly.
"Am sorry. It's all wrong Ozra. It's..all...messed up." She says breathing heavily. I can't help but worry at what she is trying to say.
"I don't understand what your are trying to say Rebecca. Please calm down" he tries to assure her but even a fool could hear the panic in his voice.
She takes a seat beside me and levels her breathing.
Please don't be bad news. Please don't be bad. Of course it bad news. Idiot.
"I read it all wrong my son. The monster was not a curse....it was a warning for the darkness coming." She says as tears brim her eyes.
What the hell does this mean. It doesn't make sense.
"Your brother....he...he" she couldn't even finish her sentence before the door swung open.
A man comes in. Not bad but he is quite hot. Not like Ozra though. He is quite muscular if I may say.
He smirks as he sees me checking him out.
"Hello dear brother. Am back" he says and even being the fool I am, I know he reeks of doom.
