Getting her dress

Jen's POV

"Josh please I'm bored!" I whined as we sat at the tabble and I held Eric. "Jen your the one who said you wanted to have the wedding planned by the end of the month." I rolled my eyes. "And we've been planning since six in the morning, it's four in the afternoon!" He rolled his eyes as the front door opened and Ella came running into the room. "Jen your the one who decided we were going to get everything done today!" 

"Josh-" he stood up. "If you don't want to do this right now it's fine." He said and left the room. I sighed and stood up too. "Mommy what's wrong?" Ella asked as I looked at Eric who was waving his small little hands around in the air. "Nothing baby, wanna go for a walk?" She smiled and set down her backpack. "Yeah!" I smiled and we walked into the living room and I grabbed the stroller. 

I set Eric into his car seat and connected that to his stroller. "Mommy are we taking kitty too?" I smiled at her softly. "Well she's taking a nap but I guess we can." Ella smiled as Josh came back up from the basement. "Where are you going?" I shrugged. "I'm taking the kids on a walk and probably taking Ella to the park down the street." He noded, "want me to go get you ev?" I noded and he walked upstairs. 

"We're going to the park?" Ella asked as Josh came back down with Everly. He handed her to me and I smiled. "Hi baby." I whispered and got her in her baby carrier and put it on. "Mommy come on!" Ella said running back inside and me and Josh chuckled. "Daddy wanna come?" He looked at me and I smiled softly. "Sure." He grabbed his jacket And we all walked outside. 

"So guess what I did today!" Ella said excidetly, "what did you learn?" Josh asked And she smiled harder. "I got 100 percent on my math test!" Me both smiled as we got to the park. "Hey Josh, why don't you go get Ella some ice cream and I'll stay with the kids?" I whispersed as Ella ran to the playground. "Sure." I walked over to a bench and watched Ella playing. 

I started looking at my emails when everly started to wake up. I looked down at her and smiled. She started to get fussy and I took her out. "shh. Hey, it's ok." I told her softly but didn't notice some fans walking past or Josh come back over. She started to calm down, I felt someone kiss my cheek and I looked over. "Oh hi Joshy!" He smiled and called for Ella. "What?" He handed her the ice cream. "Ice cream!" She squeled and I chuckled. "You got that because you got 100 on your test." She smiled and started eating it. 

"And I got you one too." I looked at him as he handed me ice cream and took ev out of my arms. "You didn't have to get me ice cream Josh." He sighed. "I know, buy I feel bad for making you upset earlier." I sighed and looked at him. "I want upset Josh, I was frustrated and stressed out. I hadn't gotten up in 11 hours. I understand that I wanted to get it all done today but I meant like we'd take breaks and stuff." He noded. "Well I'm sorry for stressing you out." I rolled my eyes. "Stop saying sorry, your acting like peeta." He laughed and I gave him a smrick. 

"Well you know, the only thing left for us to do is for you to find your dress." I smiled. "If you wanna take Ella or go by yourself I can stay here or take the kids home." I noded. "I think I'll ask Jena or someone to come with me. Only because I need help picking but I dont wanna deal with Ella wanting to try on dress's too." He noded and I stood up. "Have fun." He told me. "I will." I kissed him before walking off and grabbing my phone. 

I called liz but got no answer, I tried amy and no answer, I tried Emma and no answer, I tried willow and no answer. I tried jena and of course she answered. "Hey Jen! What's up?" I sighed and answered. "Wanna come help me find a wedding dress?" She squeled. "yes! Where? When?" I chuckled. "Now, the wedding dress shop on mockingjay street." She laughed. "There's a street called mockingjay street?" I rolled my eyes as I heard her walk outside to her car. "Don't ask, but there is." 

She laughed and hung up. I stood outside waiting untill I saw Jena park and walk over. "Soooo, when's the wedding?" She asked with a smrick and I rolled my eyes as we walked in and people gasped. "Um July fourth." Her mouth dropped. "You two are getting married on The fourth of July?!" I noded and grabbed a dress. I tried it on but neaither of us liked it. 

"Am I invited?" She asked as I grabbed another dress. I shook my head. "No it's just me, Josh, Ella, the twins, my parents, my brother's, bear, Theo, Connor and Josh's parents. Maybe a couple friends, like Andy or something but that's it. We're trying to keep in as low key as possible so we can have at least one important thing in life that the paps haven't messed up." I replied as I zipped the back of the dress and came back out. 

Her mouth dropped and I looked in the mirror. My mouth dropped too and I looked at her. "I think we found your wedding dress." I noded, I closed my mouth but my eyes were still widened. I changed back into my clothes and we payed for the dress. She drove me home and we walked inside to see Josh and Ella watching the hunger games. "Wait, are you watching the hunger games?" They noded and I realized the twins were already asleep. I looked at the tv and saw me in the arena running from some fire. 

"god, I look like a troll, why'd I tell them no makeup?!" Jena chuckled and Josh walked over. "No you look beautiful." I rolled my eyes and I took my dress before he could see it. "You can see it on our wedding!" He laughed and I ran upstairs. I hid it in the closet and came back down it see Jena had left.

I sat down and cuddled next to Josh and Ella. We continued to watch the movie. If really love these movies better if I want in them. I felt Josh kiss my head and I smiled. I wrapped my arms around Ella and she cuddled closer. "Mommy, daddy, is this how you met?" We noded. "We met while filming this movie and then we ended up making three more and started dating and had you."

She smiled and I felt and saw pippi and Cleo come running up and jump onto the couch check with us. I sighed softly and closed my eyes. I love having these small moments with my family like this. There the best things that we can get, it's better than the things people see us post in our socail media or the paparazzi catch. It's nice and calm and quiet. It's the best thing I've ever had. I love my family and I always will.
