A week later, Ella's POV

I stood outside at school waiting for daddy. He said his girlfriend is visiting for the week before going back to new York for work. Sudonly a boy walked over and pushed me to the ground. "Heartless freak!" He yelled as I saw daddy and a brown hair woman walking down the street. "You wonder how I got this way, you think I'm somone to be saved, somone to clean up and tame, oh something's never change. Never change." 

Daddy and they lady saw us arguing and started listening. "Little miss perfect life!" He yelled agian and stole my locket from daddy. "Give it back!" I yelled and tried to take it. "No, you get everything you want at home don't you? You don't need a stuiped locket." I started crying and tried to take it back. "My dad gave it to me!" He chuckled and threw it into the playground.

"You can't bear the things Ive had to face, for you crying on your knees in pain, something never change! Lose my mind from endless praying, I stopped asking for forgiveness cause you should know only fools would go where the angels fear to go!" 

He chuckled and pushed me over agian. "Your mom doesn't love you! Your dad left you! Haha! Cry baby!" I stood up and pushed him to the ground. "Save your judgment cause you just don't know some things Never change!" All of a sudon a bunch of kids jumped out and stated laughing at me. 

"Cry baby, cry baby! Mommy's girl! To bad your mommy's not here to protect you!" They kept yelling and laughing. "Stop!" I yelled and kept crying. "Stop it!" Daddy came running over and they all stared at him. "Make it stop!" I cried and he hugged me. "Who's that? Another babysitter? I told you your mom doesn't love you!" Somone yelled and I cried harder. I saw the girl daddy was with had tears in her eyes and covered her mouth. 

"I want mommy!" I cried and daddy stared at the kids. "Leave, my, daughter, ALONE!" They all jumped and ran down the playground to wait for parents and bus's. Daddy carried me to register woman. "Daddy I want mommy!" I sobbed, she stroked my hair and I felt him set me down. "Hey look at me. Don't listen to them. There just brats. Your mom loves you so much. And so do I." I saw the new girl from class today watching from behind a tree. 

"Then why'd you leave me and mommy?" I asked qiuetly. "Because I wasn't ready to be a dad. I've told you that." I noded and turned to face the girl. I waved shyly and she bent down. "hi sweetie. I'm Claudia, your daddy's girlfriend. I just want you to know I'm not trying to replace you mom. I can just be your friend if you want." I noded and she hugged me. 

I saw the shy girl come down to the sidewalk. "Hi!" I said excidetly and waved. she waved back. "Daddy can I see if she wants to play at your house?" He nodded and she smiled. We ran infront of daddy and Claudia. We ran Into my room and laughed. "So why were they making fun of you?" She asked. Her name's Annie. "Because my parents aren't together anymore. My dad left when I was a month old and my mommy's friends and family helped mommy take care of me. Then about a week or two ago daddy moved back and now I go back and four between hours because I wanted to see daddy." She nodded. 

"Is your dad the guy downstairs?" I noded. "Yeah. But anyway let's play!" We played for a bit before running downstairs. "Where's daddy?" I asked Claudia. "He went to the store. He'll be back later. Do you girls want some pizza?" Me smiled and sat at the tabble. Claudia sat down with us and we started eating.

"So your dad told me that your playing Elsa in the play at school and your getting the lead solo dnace at your dance competition?" I noded cause my mouth was full with pizza. "Well you must be very talented. "Well if it's ok with you and your parents I would love to come to watch both of them." I smiled and agreed as mommy came bursting in. "Where's Josh?!" She yelled anyoed. 

"Daddy's at the store. What's wrong?" I asked scared, all three of us were scared. "I need to talk to him that's why!" She saw Claudia and was confused. "Ok who's that?" She asked. "That's Josh's girlfriend." Annie answered. "And who's that?" Mommy asked even more confused. "She's my new friend, Annie." 

Mommy stood there confused as I jumped up and hugged her. "Who wants ice cream?" We heard daddy in the doorway. "You got ice cream?" I asked my eyes going big. "Not just ice cream. Ice cream cake too!" Everyone's moths dropped. "Gimme!" I yelled and tried to take it. "You came have it after dinner." I pouted. He saw mommy's face and his smile faded. I think he knew why she was mad.

Josh's POV

Oh my God. I saw Jen's face and knew why. "Josh we need to talk!" I noded and we ran upstairs. We walked into Ella's room, closed the door and locked it. "Did you use protection that night?" I gulped and shook my head. "No. You wouldn't let me." He face drownd in sorrow. "Oh my God!" She yelled and walked out of the room.

I chased her downstairs. "I'm sorry!" I yelled. "You should be!" She yelled back. We saw the confusion in everyone's eyes. "You shouldn't have listened!" I sighed. "For all we know Liam could be right now!" She yelled and tears started streaming down her face. "About what?!" 

"You know what!" Then it clicked. "Jen I'm sorry!" I yelled as she ran outside and I followed. "Jen please! Talk to me!" I yelled and she sighed. "Leave me alone!" She yelled went home. I walked inside and decsied to act like nothing happened. I'm going to forget all about it. Nothing happened between us and I'm not going to ever think about it agian.
