Jennifer leaves

Karen's pov

Ella came down the stairs with messy hair and in her team Kaylie PJ's. "Hi Grandma!" She said tiredly and excidetly. "Hi baby!" She smiled and ran to me. I set a bowl of cereal down on the island for her and she looked around the room. "Where's mommy?" She asked confused and I looked at Liam and Jena. 

"Grandma?" She asked and I saw the worry in her eyes. "Uh, well she's outside getting her stuff in the car for her press tour." Tears filled her eyes. "S-s-s-she's L-l-l-leaving agian?" We all stood in silence. 

*Flashback, Ella's one year old, still Karen's pov*

"Jen!" I yelled as I held Ella. "Jennifer Lawrence!" I yelled agian and she turned around. "Mom I'm going and that's that!" Ella started crying and I sighed. "Jennifer she is your daughter! She's on year old and you've already left 7 months at random!" She didn't answer, she insisted walked outside and slammed the door. Ella started crying harder and I sighed. "I'm sorry she left ella, but rember grandma love you and will never leave. I'm always here for you." 

*End of flashback*

I relized Ella ran outside and I went running after her. "Ella!" I yelled. "mommy!" She screamed in tears and I hugged her. "Jennifer!" I yelled and she looked at me. "Mommy!" She cried agian. I looked at her angrily. 

Claudia's POV

Me and Josh walked outside to see what all the noise was and saw Ella crying. "Mommy don't go!" She cried and karen looked angry. "Jennifer! You have to stop leave her! She's only five and a half and you've left for stuiped movie shit more time's than I can count! You have dropped her on me and Liam so many times! Do you want to know why she acts like a brat?" 

Me and Josh looked at each other qickly and looked back. "It's because of you! You leave her for months on end to go to movies press tours and primire's for movies your not even in, you've acted like you take care of her but you don't! Me and laim have taken care of her more than you! You took care of her for the first what three months of her life!" Karen's yelled at Jennifer who just stood there watching.

Ella kept crying and we watched in shock. "She acts like a brat to get your attention and make you stay! Yes, the bullies and shit like that actually happen and she gets bullied but she acts like a brat so you'll stay! She just wants her mom to be in her life! Her father left when she was a month old and you take off at random when ever you want!" 

Jennifer shook her head and turned around. She got in her car and pulled out of the driveway. "MOMMY!" Ella screamed and went running. We looked over and saw a bunch of kids from Ella's class walk outside with there parents to see what was happening. "MOMMY!" She screamed agian and kept running. "Ella!" Karen yelled. 

"MOMMY DONT LEAVE ME AGIAN!" She screamed and fell over. "Mommy!" Me and Josh started crying and ran over. "Mommy!" She cried agian and we all hugged her. "Mommy come back!" She sobbed. "Thats it!" Karen yelled and stood up. "I'm getting custody of ella and that's it, Jen isn't even taking care of her anymore! She takes her to dance class or picks her up from school once and a while and that's it! Me and her friends do everything for Ella and jennifer acts like that's ok!" 

Karen looked pissed off. "Mommy!" Ella sobbed agian and Josh picked her up. "I want mommy to come home!" She cried and I looked at all the shocked kids and parents. "Hey Ella, Its ok, look at me." She looked at me and kept crying. "Hey your grandma's here, your dad's here, I'm here, laim's here. Your mom will be back. Dont worry." 

She didn't answer she just kept crying. "Every time I get close to someone they leave me!" She sobbed and I felt tears fall from my eyes. Karen walked back over to us. "Hey Ella, do you want to see Kentucky?" She looked at Karen. "I'm going to court to tell some people about how mommy keeps leaving and depending on what they say you might get to stay in Kentucky with me and grandpa for a while." 

She shook her head. "I want to live with mommy!" Karen sighed. "You will this is just for a little bit." Ella noded and Karen took her from Josh. "Well let's get you dress from school and then we'll get ice cream." Ella noded agian but tears still kept falling. 

Ella's POV

Grandma and I went into my room and she got me into a pink dress, white flats, a neckless and a bracelet. She brushed my hair and out it have up half down. My face was still tear staind though. "Come on let's go." I grabbed her hand and she walked me outside to her car. The car ride was silent. 

When we got to school I grabbed her hand and we walked inside. Kids stared confused because of my face. When we walked into the class room the teacger gasped and kids mouth's dropped. "Ella why don't you go out your stuff away?" I noded to grandma and walked to my cubby. I heard Mrs Taylor ask what happend. "Jennifer left agian." Grandma replied. 

"Seriously jennifer should not be allowed to have her anymore!" Mrs Taylor told her. "I know, I know, I'm going to court this week to try and get custody of her and if so I'm taking her to Kentucky so she can get away from the paparazzi and jennifer and Jen can move on and not have kids." I felt tears come to my eyes. I walked back to Grandma and the intire class looked up. 

"You lied to me!" I cried and Mrs Taylor along with grandma and the class looked shocked. "You told me id go to Kentucky for a couple weeks untill mommy came home, but your taking me away from mommy, daddy, Claudia, Liam, Liz, woody, Jena, and Sam! Let alone max and Maya!" Grandma sighed. "Ella I'm sorry, but you can't keep living like this, you deserve better and for you thats living in Kentucky with me, your grandpa, uncels and cusions." 

I didn't reply. I just looked at her. "Bye." I mubled and she sighed. "See you after school." I walked over to my seat with the intire class staring at me. "Ok class, please be very nice to Ella today, she's had a very bad morning and we might not see her agian after this week." All day I couldn't stop thinking about mommy but nobody was mean to me either which was nice. 

When grandma picked me up I didn't talk. I'm still mad she lied but I am kind of happy to get away from the scary camera people who follow me around. I'm only five, not mommy or daddy, why don't they just bother them instead of me? Anyway grandma said she's taking me out of school tomorrow to go with her to court and daddy said if I go to Kentucky he and Claudia will come with us so I can still see them!

I'm actually getting excited about Kentucky. Grandma's right, I deserve better, I'm tied of mommy always taking off and shes about to have another baby which she'll make grandma take care of. I don't understand why she had me if she was going to do this? Who does that?! "Ella!" I snapped out of my thoughts and grandma showed me a dress. 

It was pretty and a few different colors. "You get to wear them a tommorow for court." I smiled. "Now let's get you to bed." I smiled and ran to my bed. Grandma tucked me in and I smiled. "Goodnight sweetheart." I giggled. "Night night grandma!" She kissed my head, turned off the lights, turned on my Taylor swift playlist on my iPad and left the room. I fell asleep smiling and thinking about Kentucky.

A/n: ok, a couple things!

It's no longer going to be rather M, now it's going to be like my book "what doesn't kill you" I'll just put a warning at the top of the chapter to let you know when there's something abusive or they use very strong language since it doesn't happen very often.
