I opened my eyes, and all around me were stars. Just me, floating, with the stars. Peaceful. Who.. who even am I anyway? I searched my mind for anything, anything at all, but I had no memories. Just knowledge. And a fear of triangles, oddly. I floated around the abyss of stars, and eventually, I saw a figure.
"Hello?" I called. The figure turned its head. She was wearing an oddly patterned lavender and white dress, a top hat with a lavender band, and short brown boots. She also had a long brown braid, around 6 feet I assumed, with a lavender tie at the end, and pretty green eyes. She was also holding a mechanical pencil.
"Hello there, I've been expecting you." She said in an oddly deep-ish voice. "Also, its rude to assume peoples genders." "S-sorry" I stammered, deeply unsettled. "I am gender-fluid, thank you very much. Of course, I wanted to clarify that, not to you of course, because if i wanted to, you could have already known." They said.
"H-how?"I stammered, shivering. "Easy, I made this universe, and I control what happens inside it. Everything that happens. Of course, this universe is based off another universe, because if I said it wasnt, I would get in trouble." They eerily said with a shrug, giggling afterwards. "My name is Soul. You dont know your name, but I do." They said. I shivered, realizing Soul was correct.
"Anyways, im going to train you." They said after a moment. "Train me?" I said, confused. "You are an angel now, because I made you one. Im going to train you to use your powers, because im not making a new oc just to train you." They said. I gasped at their words. "Time for training!" They crooned.
A FEW MONTHS LATER
"I think your trained enough now. For now, im keeping you in human form, but soon im not going to. When you wake up, you will be given a backpack with deer all over it. There will be a golden and dark blue jewelry case in there. Inside it, there will be a necklace. Put it around your neck, and say 'sɥɐdəsɥıɟʇəɹ ɥıpə ɯʎ ʇɹnə ɟoɹɯ'. It will keep you in human form, until you say 'sɥɐdəsɥıɟʇəɹ ɹəʌəɐl ɯʎ ʇɹnə ɟoɹɯ'. Then it will reveal your true form, which is this." Soul said, snapping thier fingers, then putting a mirror in front of me.
I looked at myself for a long time. I was a cervitaur, I had fluffy deer ears, and four deer legs, but my normal human arms, large white wings with golden strands, and to top it all off, I had a large golden halo. Nice. Soul snapped their fingers again, and I was back to my human form. "All right, time to wake up." Soul then snapped their fingers, and the stars started whiteneing and blurring. "Bye Fawn." They said, smiling at me. I smiled back as their image blurred.
