Your religion is different than the type of Witch you are. Your religion can be Christianity, Atheism, Wiccan, Pagan, etc. That's just the religion you follow, but it doesn't determine the type of Witch you are. You can include your religion in your title, but it is separate from the kind of craft you follow.

You can identify yourself with as little or as many types of witches as you would like as long as it feels right to you.

There are many different kinds of witches that I won't be mentioning, as I will list the most common types, but if you would like to look into it more, you are welcome to.

The term witch is gender-neutral, but if you would like to call yourself a wizard or warlock, I would look into it and decide what identifies with you.

Solitary witch - Someone who practices by themselves

Grey/tradition witch - honors traditional rules, keeps a balance

Secular Witch - nonreligious Witch, Doesn't work with deities

Kitchen witch - similar to a cottage witch and a hearth witch. They work in the home, with lots of protection spells and lots of cooking and baking magic, and usually have a garden.

Green Witch -  similar to a floral witch, works mainly in nature with plants, herbs, crystals, and fairies.

Elemental Witch - Uses the four elements in their workings

hereditary/blood witch - someone born into a family of witches

Sea Witch - Someone who connects with larger bodies of water

Faerie Witch - someone who wants to work with faries

Cosmic/lunar Witch - Someone who connects with the moon

Tech Witch - Someone who uses technology in their work

Urban Witch - a witch that lives in the city

Draconic Witch - Someone who uses dragons in their work

Necromancy Witch- someone who works with death and darkness. not always in a "bad" way

Hedge witch - connected with nature and has psychic abilities (astral projection)

I will most likely add to this list since there are many more types of witches, but I encourage you to research independently. Defining your practice isn't necessary, but finding others similar to you is helpful.
