jeno woke up to a pounding at the dorm room door. He got up slowly and made his way to the door, tripping over several objects on the way. he opened the door up to reveal mark. Marks hair was disheveled like he had just woken up and he was still wearing his clothes from yesterday. 

"What do you need?" jeno mumbled sleepily "it's too early to get up."  

"i need to tell you about last night," mark said.

"ok, come in," jeno said and invited mark into the very messy dorm room (totally not basing this off of my own room. hehehe).  

Mark walked into the room and looked around at the mess. Jeno cleared his throat and kicked some stuff under his bed. "So what did you want to talk about?" 

"Oh, right, well you know how yuta wanted to see me?" mark said and jeno nodded remembering the meeting with the werewolf in the forest.

"well last night was full moon and i met with him..." 

"did something bad happen?" jeno asked "i want to know!"

"well, um, no not exactly..." mark said all of a sudden getting shy. 

"What happened? Hurry up or i'm gonna find yuta and ask him what happened!" jeno exclaimed.

"Okay, okay, i'll show you!" mark exclaimed reaching for the collar of his shirt.

jeno was about to ask what mark needed to show him but saw what he meant when mark pulled down the collar of his shirt to reveal teeth marks all over and beneath his collar bones. the marks were pale and white but some of them had a fiery red ring outlining them. 

jenos eyes widened and he stuttered out "S-shit aren't those painful?"

"No not really," mark said and he proceeded to tell jeno the rest of what happened during the night. mark finished and jeno responded to it with: "let me get this straight, you went there and he marked you, and the marks left are very noticeable, you could possibly die if you got caught, and you want to go back?"

mark nodded his head and smiled. "are you ok?" jeno asked 

"No probably not," mark admitted. 

Later that day jeno was heading to potions class when he realized that he hadn't heard from renjun all day. usually renjun eats with jeno and his friends at breakfast, then jeno, lucas, and renjun head to potions together. but jeno hadn't seen any sign of the demon today."Where the hell is he?" jeno growled in his head. he was so focused on his thoughts that he didn't even know someone was in front of him and he ran into them. 

"Hey watch where you going!" the person cried out "wait jeno?" 

Jeno looked up to see the confused but smiling Na Jaemin. he extended a hand to help jeno up but jeno swatted his hand away and snapped "i don't need you help"

"Sorry," jaemin said and drew his hand back quickly then asked "jeno what are you doing over here?"  

"i'm on my way to potions, why?" 

"Oh renjun asked me this morning to tell you that he will be gone for a few weeks because he's needed back at satan's palace." 

"Oh, so that's why i didn't see him this morning?" jeno said thinking out loud "do you know why he's gone?"

"No, he refused to tell me," Jaemin said apologetically.

with that jeno walked away trying to get rid of this light fluttery feeling in his stomach. "What did that elf do to me? Did he fucking bewitch me or something?" jeno though. Then he arrived in potions class and tried to concentrate, the feeling still not going away.

Meanwhile jaemin was fanboying the whole day because he had his first successful conversation with jeno without jeno snapping at him or telling him to fuck off. 

For the next few days jeno mopped around the school, missing renjun. For some reason one thing that stood out to jeno in the halls and in the dining hall was jaemins bright smile. He had never noticed it before. He had started noticing it a bit after when he crashed into jaemin. Jaemin couldn't have bewitched him could he? jeno quickly shook that thought off though. jamein was to nice and pure to do anything like that, right? 

~online school is very stressful. The teachers found a new website they are having us use and they barely know anything about it and they kind of just threw me and the rest of the students in to the school year without telling us how to use the website. it so fucking annoying! I'm also sure one of my teachers already hates me and it only been three days. Any way i hope you liked this chapter. I'll try to update soon!"
