Jeno walked along the gravel path leading up to the large school, medieval looking school. The school was placed in between two mountains, no more of like in a mountain. Jeno reached the school lawn where students were milling around waiting for the first day of classes to start. They had gotten their schedules yesterday when they had arrived and had gotten time to look at them before they went to the welcoming dinner.
Jeno was a second year student at school so he got the second floor dorms, or in this case, since he was a vampire he was farther underground in the mountain.

"Yo Jeno," someone yelled across the lawn. Jeno turned around to see a tall werewolf walking towards him.

"Hey Lucas!" Jeno said smiling and switching the direction he was walking to Lucas and the rest of their friends.

"Jeno where the fuck were you last night? I was looking for you," Ten said.

Jeno rolled his eyes and said "I was at the dining hall, were you?

Probably off in a dark corner somewhere making out with Lucas," Mark said smirking and earning himself a smack on the head from lucas.

"Respect the other members or the pack Mark, otherwise," Lucas slid one finger across his neck and glaring at Mark.

"You wouldn't hurt a fly lucas," mark snorted "you're the softest werewolf i've seen."

Lucas went quiet and turned away grumbling. Jeno was just about to say something else when the schools bells rang and they had to get to class.

Jeno walked into his first class, potions (here we go with some weird magic shit, so bear with me i don't know what i'm doing). He found an open seat next to demon.he was surprised there was a demon in school they were extremely rare. They mostly stayed in hell in satan's layer. But then what was this one doing here?
He didn't bother asking the others name. He was content enough to with the group of friends that he had already. The door banged open all of a sudden and what Jeno assumed was their teacher walked in. He couldn't have been much older than them. His hair was silver and black and his eyes were pitch black.

"Ok class!" he said "My name's Johnny and i teach potions, which yall probably figured out by now, seeing that were in a potions classroom and none of you look stupid."

"Now i need you to find yourself a partner and gather at one of the cauldrons back there," Johnny said pointing to the back of the classroom where there was a bunch of cauldrons. Jeno stood up and looked around for a partner. He spotted lucas across the classroom and walked towards him.

"Wanna be my partner?" he asked

"Sure," lucas said with a shrug. They walked back to the cauldrons and saw a book sitting open showing a recipe for a healing potion. By the book there were bottles and small bags of ingredients.

"Looks hard."

"yeah, what's the first thing we need?"  jeno asked.

"A fatigue berry, crushed," lucas said looking over the recipe.

"What the fuck is a fatigue berry, sounds like some type of torture device or some shit like that." jeno snorted.

"you're asking me what a fatigue berry is?" lucas said. he had no clue what was going on, heck last year he barely graduated past year one potions class.

"What's the second ingredient?"

"A ground brittlebush... it's the stuff in the silver tray," lucas paused then said "i think?"

"You think?" jeno questioned "god damn, lucas are you trying to blow us up?"

"Do think i pay attention?" lucas asked.

"no, i don't either, which is why we should ask for help!" Jeno sighed.

"ok, ok fine we'll ask for help," lucas answered.

In the end they managed to make the potion. kind of. They might of had to restart once or twice, but it's fine... anyway they both had break after potions and that was kind of helpful even though they didn't get assigned any homework in that class.

"What is your next class?" Jeno asked.

"Fortune telling," Lucas said scowling at his schedule "why the fuck do we need fortune telling? i don't see any use for it."

"Who knows you could surprise us all and become a fortune teller lucas," mark said coming up behind them snickering. Jeno rolled his eyes and let out a short bark of laughter.

"what do you have then?" mark asked jeno.

jeno pulled out his schedule and took a short look at it. "I have herbology or something to do with plants."

"Oh that sucks for you," lucas said without any sympathy.

"where does it take place?" mark asked.

"The gardens," jeno grumbled, scowling. Jeno being a vampire like the dark better than the light, but he could still tolerate the light.

Their break ended and jeno made his way up to herbology, thinking along the way. He was in the middle of a though when a voice interrupted him.

"You shouldn't scowl, it makes you less handsome" jeno looked up and found himself face to face with a pink haired elf. The elf had a bright smile. The elf had flowers entwined in his hair.  Jeno hated it, not the elf, but the smile and cheeriness and the flowers. ok so maybe he hated the elf a little but. he ignored the elf and walked into the classroom trying to ignore the elf.

~ok that was long i hope you enjoy!~
