The cat continued eating, not reacting to the question while kenma stared at the cat.

"Let's just name you pudding. Since you looked like a caramel flavoured one." as kenma scratch the cat's head earning a few satisfied purring from it.

You're the pudding head. Not me. The cat thought, sticking his tongue out to the boy.

The cat licked itself clean after finishing the food and sit obediently, staring back at the male.

"Now that you are fed and have a name, I should go and start doing my homework." kenma gets up as he takes the bowl, leaving the cat alone.

The cat followed him to the kitchen until kenma walks off again to his room. Kenma noticed the movement and remained silent, not minding the cat following.

Kenma settle himself at his study area, looking down to see the cat also looking towards him. As if they have communicated, kenma carry the cat up to his desk.

"Don't scratch my work." he said and proceeded on with his task.

Hinata did not mind the silence. He quietly lie on the table making himself comfortable while looking at the male.

I still have no idea what's his name... The cat realised. But is not like he can ask the boy either. So it continues staring at the boy.

After a few minutes, hinata fell asleep. Kenma stretched his arms out in relief, finally finished with his work. He looked at time, realising it is already quite late. Just as he was about to get up and brush his teeth, the cat curled itself.

I don't mind having a cat on my bed. Kenma thought to himself. So he gets onto the bed with pudding, making sure it is covered with blanket too.

"Goodnight."

Soon, the morning arrive. Kenma grunt in annoyance as his alarm starts to ring. He takes his phone lazily as he swipe up to off the alarm.

Kenma sit up, looking around until he notice a movement on his bed.

I have a cat. Kenma remembered after looking at the sleepy animal who have just got woken up by the alarm.

Without wasting any time, he gently stroke the cat's head before going to the bathroom to get ready for school.

"Meow." pudding sits up, tilting his head as it looked at kenma.

"I need to go to school and I will be back home around 1pm. So behave yourself alright?" kenma said, patting the cat's head again.

"Meow!" the cat purred again, following kenma to the living room.

Kenma squat down to the floor, as he at the cat in the eyes, "I can't bring you to school pudding."

yes, you can! I don't want to be at home alone... Hinata thought to itself.

Pudding crawl towards kenma's bag, tapping it with its paw while looking at kenma, trying to convince the male to bring him along.

"If you want to come along, you have to be quiet you know?"

Pudding's eyes sparks in happiness as it happily purred. Kenma sighed, opening his bag to let the cat in while making sure nothing is hurting the cat and the bag is not zipped all the way.

"Okay let's go then."

"Meow!"

"Kenma!" kuroo cheerfully called out, putting his arms around kenma's shoulders.

"You looked happy today. Anything happened to you yesterday?" kuroo asked, noticing the slightly brighter kenma.

"I got a cat." kenma replied.

Kuroo smirked. "Ooh so you are those neko boys huh?" kenma glared at the male, earning a hyena laugh from kuroo.

"Just kidding! How does it looked like?"

Kenma stopped for a while and grabbed kuroo's hands, walking to the school garden where there is little to no students.

Kenma put his bag gently on his lap after finding a bench to sit, while tapping lightly as he gently call out for his cat.

"Pudding."

A brown colour cat peek its head out from the bag upon hearing its name, looking at the unfamiliar environment around it with its doe eyes.

Kenma stroke its head affectionately, earning a cute purr from the cat.

"Holy shit! It looked so adorable! Let me hold it." kuroo stretched his arms, wanting to grab pudding until pudding turn its head to the other side.

Kenma chuckled. "I guess he doesn't like you."

"He just met me for like a few minutes, it's normal. What's his name?" kuroo retort, looking anywhere but kenma.

"pudding."

"Pudding~" kuroo called, trying to coax the cat. But to no avail, the cat did not respond to him.

"I don't like your cat kenma." the rejected male crossed his arms, not liking the cat's attitude.

"He doesn't like you too. Just like his owner."
