The man looked down on his hands. Worried for the answer he would get from the young woman called Samantha. If she really runs, I don't know what to do. She's my only chance of surviving. He thought. After too long he heard her speak up.

"One side of me tells me to run as fast as I could but the other side keeps me here. I believe you aren't bad Harry. Everyone deserves a change."

Harry looked up from the ground and showed a weak smile to the girl next to him.

"Thank you... Thank you so much for giving me a change." He told her honestly. Which was answered with a small nod from the girl. They continued to sit there in silence. Both lost in thought about the things that were going on.

Harry, after all these years, couldn't believe what happened. The nights that were always pitch dark, finally had some light. He didn't want to admit it out loud, but secretly he would do anything just to relive this night. To keep some of the light with him. He didn't want to go back to the darkness. Knowing the demons would come back to torture him again.

Harry looked up to see the woman staring to the forest that laid beneath them. Now, with the moonlight reflecting on her face, he saw her sharp features and shining blue eyes. But the thing that catched his attention, was the necklace laying just above her T-shirt. It wasn't just a normal necklace. It was glowing a bright green color.

"May I ask where you got that necklace from?". Harry decided to ask still looking at the necklace. It was a necklace with two pendants on it. One was a small key with a grey diamond and the other was a circle with a tree and a star in it.

"I got it from my grandfather just before he died. He said it would protect me but I needed to keep it away from the dark side. Although I still don't really know what he meant with that." Samantha answered. Her grandfather was the most important family member to her because he always was there for Samantha when she needed someone. He was hundred percent the opposite of her parents who wanted her to do everything alone.

The sun started to get up and Harry stood up, "You need to go. Now! It may sound weird but it'll be too dangerous for you here now. Meet me here tomorrow and I'll explain the necklace. Just never take it off!" he said sternly while he looks Samantha in the eyes.

After that he hurried to his horse and mounted on its back. Samantha did the same but then on Alfa of course. She didn't understand what he meant by dangerous but she felt like she needed to believe him and ask no questions.

"Alright... I'll see you tomorrow. Same place, somewhere around two I'll be here. Get safe to the castle okay?" Samantha said. Harry nodded and they said their goodbyes before turning their own way. This was an amazing night and for the first time in centuries Harry weared a smile on his face again.
