My eyes went wide a little. How has he known Jeremy's name? I know I hadn't said anything and he wasn't wearing a name tag...mainly because I thought he wasn't going to survive the first night so I kept it instead....

Jeremy's eyes darted to mine in a manor that I knew he was afraid so I have a checklist already set in my mind. 1. Find out how Vince knew Jeremy. 2.Get Jeremy away from Vince. 3.Beat up Vince if necessary. 4.Kiss Jer-SHUT UP.

Vince only chuckled as he drew Jeremy closer to him. "Why Mikey~ Aren't you jealous that I have something you hold near and dear?" He said it was obvious Jeremy was trying to get out of Vince's arms. "Let. Him. Go." I snapped angrily. My fists were clenched and I was ready to unleash my anger on this guy.

He only chuckled again. "Oh aren't you going to ask how I know your little Jeremy? It's simple really, I simply found his records here. What a lucky little guy...the first guard to survive in what...ten years? Twelve? Who knows? Oh but who cares, such a sweet little innocent Fitzgerald." He cooed running his fingers along his neck.

I felt jealousy and rage flow through out my body and I was about to make my move on him when he said something that shocked the both of us. "Oh and I was there in '87...you know the year of the bite..." He spoke.

We both stopped moving and looked at Vince....'87....why did my head hurt trying to remember that? "Of course you two were there as well....don't you remember Mikey? You always were his first mate...and he betrayed you~" Vince let go of Jeremy rather harshly as he hit the floor with a small whimper.

I wanted to rush over to him and comfort him but Vince stopped me as he pulled a knife from his pocket and put it to my neck.,..
