A Trip To Gotham

Gala/ Lila Exposed

It's the day of the gala. Mari's classmates expected her to give them a dress for free and it already made, without even asking. Lets just just say they went last minute shopping for a dress.

Mari's dress was red and it hugged her body perfectly(i don't know how to describe clothes), she had a red purse to hold Tikki, and put on some heels that matched her outfit.

Damian had on a basic suit with a red tie, to match Mari's dress.

"Angel breathe. I can hear your thoughts going at a mile a minute." Damian told her. She was thinking about how her class would be after the celebrities called out Lila but they didn't believe them.

"If they don't believe them, then we'll just tell them to look up her name." He said, making her calm down.

Outside the room they were waiting in, there was the class socializing together and Lila in a corner of the room panicking about how everyone who she lied about was in the room.

She was glad Damian wasn't in the room, so she told the class that he went on a business trip. She noticed the smirks MPS gave her. She was wondering why though.

They were announcing names, until the class heard the last two names.

"-and the youngest, Damian Wayne, with his girlfriend, Marinette Dupain-Cheng."

The classes saw the student that was with Marinette this week. Almost everyone figured out that Lila was lying the whole time, mostly because they saw a pale Lila glaring at Marinette, with fire in her eyes.

But Alya, Rose, Mylene, Ivan, and Sabrina were the only ones who didn't see it.

"How could you steal Lila's boyfriend?" Sabrina asked

Mari rolled her eyes. "I told you she was lying. If you don't believe me, just ask everyone here how they met Lila, or even if they have met her."

They did as she asked and turned pale when they realized that Lila was lying. To make things worse for them, they said that Mari did all those things Lila lied about.

Alya went up to the girl. "So bestie, you didn't tell me you knew all these people. Can you get me an interview? And get me a dress for that interview?" She had hopeful eyes.

"No." She deadpanned.

"Why not?"

"Last time I checked, you called off our relationship, and my besties are Adrien, Chloe, and Kagami. Let's just face it, you only want to be my friend for the connections I have. I only use those connections if I feel like someone is worthy of them. You failed the most basic thing you need to do as a journalist, and that's fact checking." She stated.

Before Alya could argue with her, she just walked past her and went up to Lila. Before I leave, you should know that everyone here that you lied about is gonna sue you. See you never." And with that, Mari walked over to her friends, while everyone was getting sued and getting lawsuits. Even all the way in Paris, the school was getting sued. The good thing was Hawkmoth quit, considering that if he ever did get the miraculous, Emilie might have left him for all the destruction he caused. He had Dusuu and Noroo go to the guardian and had them put in the box that holds the miraculous.

The rest of the school year was great. Lila got sent back home, and only got into more trouble there, with everyone mad that they were getting sued for all the things she caused. For the rest of the classes, they were to stay at least 10 feet away from her at school, and 50 outside of school.

Mari made friends with everyone in the school, including the staff members, and helped them, along with her crew, with their jobs. They also got the villains to stay in Arkham and not breakout, as long as they visited once every two weeks.

When they returned home from the trip, they asked their parents if they could finish the school year in Gotham, not wanting to deal with everyone at school apologizing everyday. They agreed and they got to stay in Jagged's manor for the time being. Everything was beginning to finally look great for MPS.

BONUS:

When news hit Paris about Adrien dating Jon Kent, almost everyone was happy for him, but some fan girls got over it when they saw how cute they looked together.

Then there was Lila. When she saw that Adrien was gay, she threw her remote at her TV, making it break. She realized she tried to take away Adrien from Marinette to make her mad. Turns out that her efforts weren't even worth it, seeing as he was gay.

She let out a scream that all of Paris could hear.
