Nico gripped tighter causing me to panic " nico let go please,I cant breath" I was trying to get out of his grip but j couldn't. "Guess little miss I got into police force forgot here training" nico laughed, I couldn't use my training as defence since I was tired. " connor,colby please help me"i let out another sob as nico pulled me closer to him still gripping my throat " get with connor or else" he yelled. " no, I'm sorry connor but no,not if your gonna force me" nico pulled out somat and held it against my throat. I gulped as his gripped tightened once more. " nico let go of her" connor said. He still hadn't let go of me and the room started to go fuzzy. "No you was obsessed with her and wanted to see her" I heard the voices getting fainter " LET HER GO NICO"  I was short of breath  " LET HER GO IM NOT HER BOYFRIEND OKAY, AND YOU TWO HAVE TO BELIEVE ME. I MET HER TODAY" the voice seemed so loud "Nico brother let her go, I love her and if she doesnt want me doesnt mean you have to kill her" the voices were now muffled and my vision went black. BANG. I hit the floor.

"Hailey,Hailey, please wake up"i could hear a voice but my head was hurting.i whinst at the voice and slowly opened my eyes. "Were am I " I asked "on the floor of your apartment" the voice replyed quite this time. I slowly looked at the guy "its you" I forgot his name for a second or so " colby" he smiled as he reminded me. "My head hurts"  I slowly got up onto my feet "hey go slower,I'll help you to your bed" colby came to my side and held my waist.

We made it to my room and he helped me into bed " could you get some pain killers my head is hurting" I smiled at him as he gave me my phone and a note. " ye I'll be back in a minute" he went into the kitchen and left me alone. So I read the note

Dear Hailey,
I am truly sorry about everything,I never meant for you to get hurt, Nico is outta control and I'm not his friend anymore. I now believe everything you said about him hating you and calling you names. I know I should have listen to you back then but I was just a stupid teenager. I'm happy you got into the police force and again I'm really sorry about Nico hurting you. Me and colby pulled him of you before you passed out and kicked him out. Colby and I talked for abit. I think he may like you but I'm not sure. I love you but if your happy then I am. I put my number into your phone if you ever need to talk. I'm here for you now as a friend,I'm sorry about everything i put you through and I hope we can be friends. Xx connor

As I finished reading the note I let out a tear. As I was crying colby came back into the room with painkillers and a glass of water "here you go" he looked at me as I took the painkillers and shoved them in my mouth and then downing them with the water. " I'll see you tomorrow " colby said walking out of the room "colby stay please"i was still sobbing " you sure" i  looked up at him and nodded " sleep here,next to me please" he smiled and took his shoes off "light of or on" he asked " off please". He turned the lights of and shut the door making his way to the other side of the bed. As I was still crying. I picked my phone up and saw a text from kat.

Kat~it was nice meeting you today, I hope we can be friends. X

I flicked through my  tubers and saw connors

Hai~thanks for the apology, I really did love you but you broke me. I'm glad you came to your senses and finally stopped being mates with Nico. Thanks for stopping him kill me today. We can meet up before you leave if you want ?

Connor ~anytime hailey and i loved you to and I still do but as long as your happy I'm happy.  I leave LA with jess and her mate natalie next Wednesday. So drinks on me next Tuesday. Bring your friend or two I'll pay.

I smiled and turned my phone of. I wasnt crying as much now. It was just nice to know I was safe. " so you wanna tell me about connor" colby smiled at  me as I put my phone on the night stand next to the lamp and my water. I looked over to him " you can get under the covers i ain't gonna do owt" i laughed and wiped my cheeks so they were dry.
