I opened the door to find...Percy! He grinned. "Hey, wanna play truth or dare?" He looked around and saw Reyna.
"Um, hi Reyna." He said, confused. I blushed. "Um...I had some...um..extra...um, pizza...so...um...."
"We'd love to join!" Reyna interfered. I silently thanked her. Percy grinned. "come on, we're all in my cabin!"***
"Annabeth, truth or dare?" I asked. She grinned. "dare."
"I dare you too...let Percy cut your hair!" Poor Annabeth paled as Percy dragged her into the bathroom with a pair of safety scissors.
"How'd you think of that?" Reyna asked me.
I grinned. "I was looking at Annabeth's grey streak and wondered how it would look shorter." Then I glanced at Reyna, whose face has hardened and blushed. "No! I didn't mean it that way! I wasn't-"
Reyna smiled. "It's ok." But I could tell by the look on her face that it was not ok. I felt awful. I wasn't checking out Annabeth at all. I had to make it up to her somehow.
A few moments of awkward silence later, Annabeth emerged with a death look on her face, staring at me. Her hair was cut only a few inches to her shoulders, but cut zigzagged. I winced and but back a a smile.
"It looks fine Annabeth." Percy said. She only scowled. "It's your turn Reyna." She said.
Reyna turned to me. "Nico. Truth or dare?"
"Dare."
"I dare you to..." A mischievous grin crossed her face. "Let ME cut your hair. "
My face paled and percy handed Reyna the scissors. She grabbed my arm and led me into the bathroom.
There was some blonde hair on the floor and Reyna told me to sit on a seat in front of the mirror.
I sat and crossed my arms over my chest, looking grumpy. She laughed. "Oh, lighten up. I'm not that bad."
She cut my long hair in a style where my hair would run down a diagonal line in the front. "See?" She said.
I muttered, "I don't like it."
She laughed. "Well, that was your choice."
