"You look displeased." He noted, standing at his panel.
I snapped my attention back.
"No, I'm....I'm just a bit...taken back." I stammered. "Why did you tell me all this?"
"I think you know why."
"I want to make sure." I said. "Was what you said really the truth?"
His eyes froze onto mine. "Yes, it was all true. I wanted to make you see what the Doctor couldn't. But of course some part of you will still doubt me."
"No, I...I believe you." I fidgeted with my hands. "And you did make me understand. Thank you."
I wasn't too sure what I was thanking him for. I guess for answering my question.
My thoughts were then burst by the sound of an a alarm.
The Master frantically rushed over to his desk of levers and lights and started pressing some buttons. A holographic map appeared, along with a blinking red dot placed on it.
"Ohhhh you've got to me kidding me." The Master protested.
"What?"
"Your Doctor is a pain in the ass that's what." He moaned and yanked down a handle.
The TARDIS shook abruptly and my handcuffs clattered onto the metal bars. Even though I was sitting on the floor I had to steady myself with the jolt. Then I heard the thrum and soon realised, we were flying.
"Might be a good idea to hold on to something." He said calmly, not holding on to anything. Clearly he was used to the bumps and bashes his TARDIS threw at him.
"Yeah it would be a good idea. If my hands weren't clamped so tight!" I cried over the whooping groans of his broken machine.
"Oh yes. Hmmm...just err....steady your feet?"
My whole body was then thrown back to the side. "STEADY MY FEET WITH WHAT?!" I screamed looking down at the empty space before me.
"Urghh...the Doctor will loose her head if she sees just the slightest scratch on you." He gritted his teeth and wobbled his way towards me.
The air was cold yet the Master brought with him a certain warmth. I felt it as he reached down, and unlocked my cuffs with a click of the key.
"There." He said. "Now, hold onto something."
