Elijah's Pov
I smiled a little listening to Jona laughing quietly while he looked through my essay I had wrote that barely gave me the passing marks I needed for school.
"Dude how the hell did you pass with this?" He snorted at me messing with his bangs deeply leaning back on the couch. I shook with my own laughter rubbing at my face.
"I had stayed up all night writing it and I just wanted to sleep so I just started typing shit." I admitted. Jona then just started laughing at me grabbing his water bottle.
Jona was one of the few people I considered my best friend and I was always hanging out with him when I wasn't hanging out with Sun-Oh.
He was a cutie and if me and Sun-Oh never met. I most likely would have dated Jona. He was naturally funny, smart and was always just playful and knew how to make the mood less tense with like anyone.
I was messing with the strings to my hoodie so lost in my thoughts I jolted out a huge whine when Jona nudged me.
"Someone's knocking at your door." He laughed at my reaction a bit and I relaxed happy that no.ome was being murdered "Its most likely Sun-Oh. " I muttered standing up heading for he door.
"Who's that!" He exclaimed while I called back.
"My boyfriend!" I unlocked the door seeing Sun-Oh was leaning on the door frame in a simple black leather jacket some faded skinny jeans with a combat boot. His hair styled more or less he looked too hot for words.
"Hey baby." I greeted him watching him scrunch his face up.
"You ignore my texts all days, you have short answers did you forget today was our night out?" He questioned in a small tone almost like he wanted to pout deeply.
Shit I knew I was forgetting something. "Baby I'm sorry I lost track of time today and my friend Jona flew back in after going to the states and I wanted to spend some time with him."
Sun-Oh seemed to perk up a bit and stuffed his phone back into his pocket.
"Wait wait wait, who's Jona?" He questioned staring at me.
"Uhh he's my best friend." I stammered out watching him then move around me to get inside. I sighed slightly amused shutting the door behind him when he entered walking to the living room.
"Jona." I called out to him hearing him grunt out he looked up flashing a smile.
"What's up? Oh so this just be the boyfriend I am just hearing about Hwang Sun-Oh I know you you're a popular model." Jona got up off the floor and Sun-Oh snapped his gaze back to me.
"He's Korean?" He said very confused towards me.
"Yeah he is babe." I chuckled out messing with my hair.
"Nice to meet you." Jonas flashed a grin.
"Look at you to, lucky, I use to have the biggest crush on Elijah." Jona casually stated and I saw Sun-Oh's hand tighten around holding his arm and he held his breath.
"Oh really now?" I fluttered my eyes quick. Oh no he is about to have one of those feel mini rants like back with the maid.
"Listen here I don't care if he is your best friend if I see or hear you flirt with him I will kick your ass so far that-" I was quick to slam my hand over his mouth yanking him towards me laughing nervously at the amused look that flashed across Jona's face.
"Ahh I see he still is a kid, how old is he eighteen, seventeen? Just out of high school look at that temper." Sun-Oh was quick to yank my hand away.
"Kid! Did he just call me a kid?! I will beat your ass and throw you off a damn bridge huh! I'm not one to mess with he is mine!" I slammed my hand over mouth and quickly picked him up fast shooting Jona an annoyed look.
Yeah he was my best friend but he liked to press people's buttons.
"Jona I'm gonna kick you." I threatened shaking my head carrying Sun-Oh to the kitchen for a quick talk. "I was just playing around!"
I set Sun-Oh down and firmly made him look at me.
"That little shit I bet if I wasn't here he would be flirting up a storm, guys and girls like that piss me off." I stared at him " Sun-Oh. " I called fast.
"What!" He exclaimed back deeply staring at me.
"You are jealous and have no reason to be jealous of him he is trying to get with someone that isn't me okay." I told him watching him flutter his eyes a couple times.
"I wasn't jealous!" He defended himself folding his arms again.
"I was just warning him." A little snort left me while I shook my head side to side.
"And I thought I was bad when I got jealous you are the times worse." I laughed at his annoyed expression when he licked his inner cheek roughly.
"I just.... I get worried too. You are nineteen and I'm seventeen. And I know I can be childish and unreasonable but losing you is my fear." His eyes then shifted back down at the ground.
Before I used my finger to lift up his chin to make those soft eyes of his gaze at me fully.
"Sun-Oh you can't lose me okay?" I whispered watching him then look up at me before he leaned up to kiss me sweetly which I slowly returned cupping his face.
The kiss was a very sweet and tender one.
"Please don't leave me like she did, my heart can't handle it." He whispered once we broke from the kiss pressing his temple on mine.
"I wouldn't dream of leaving you." I muttered back pressing a simple kiss to his nose watching him smile sadly shutting his eyes some more.
