JJ, Pope, and Kiara decide to start off their summer doing something reckless and exciting: Surfing right before the big Hurricane. Little do they know they've got two visitors, Sarah and Gianna. An argument turns into a competition that goes wrong. Coming up for air, the five of them are met with the calm waters of Black Lake at Hogwarts almost twenty-five years in the past. Confused and scared, the quintet tries to figure out what's happened and how to get back to the Outer Banks in North Carolina; the only calm one is Gianna, as she is over excited to finally be in the world of her favourite book.
